Great online hands on with pc remote! Loved it

I received ITIL 4 Foundations Training from Jo Blitz Escotal remotely using GoToMeeting.
Jo made what could be a dry subject enjoyable. There was much review and he gave us ways to remember the material so that we could pass the test.

Very good training program. I really liked the trainers. Very professional and expert with the subject. I took all my trainings virtually. They have provided all the materials and training links in advance and provided training recordings and notes post sessions. I really recommend CTS.

This course was well done, and the instructor was easy to work with and understand. I feel prepared to go after my certification and would recommend CTS to anyone looking fir IT training.

The instructor was very knowledgable about the subject and was able to use examples that were easy to relate to.

Angela did a great job managing both in person and online participants. She was personable and stayed on task. She even explained the appendix in the back of the book and walked us through the process for taking the Excel certification tests. The Naperville location is conveniently located and offers the perfect classroom setting.

As a visual arts person and a non-technical student I wanted to learn how to use EXCEL I thought the class was very thorough, moved quickly, and imparted a lot of information in one day.
I reviewed it the day that I took the class but apparently it didn’t get received by your office. For me the class was very good and the teacher excellent.

Training was good however the Instructor was moving a bit fast !

gives you the classroom experience even when you are taking the classes online.
