Great price, poor delivery communication
Great product, great pice but bad delivery experience, make sure you don't need your order urgently. After despatch from CycleTyres you are completely blind as to where you order is. This is because, in my case at least, one's order is sent from France to a 2nd logistics centre in Cordoba before being collected by SEUR and then sent on to your address. This is all fine but you're given a tracking number that means nothing until it gets to SEUR, until that point it is marked as "yet to be collected" which makes you think you're never going to receive it. All very confusing and unnecessary. I will order again, because the difference in price makes it worth it, but I'll allow 7 days before needing my tyre in future. This is not something you expect these days but that's the trade-off I suppose. To be fair, Customer Care got back to me very quickly, but what they told me could easily have been added to the web site and order confirmation email.
