Poor customer service & unreliable

Ordered items 2 weeks before Christmas. Supposedly the first two times our order was sent out it got lost and conveniently they had no tracking numbers. They then would not answer the phone or respond to me until after Christmas when amazingly they were able to send out the order for the "3rd time" and it arrived the next day, amazingly there has never been any sign of the two supposed lost orders.
Very poor customer service, not a company to be trusted.
