Don’t waste your money. Ordered a personalised cuff and necklace, looked a lot more thicker and durable on pictures. When it came they were both way too small for their apparent ‘one-size-fits-all’ products and so thin they looked as if they were to snap at any moment. Asked for a refund multiple times and after 3 weeks of emailing back and forth with ‘Izzy’ and her completely dodging the fact I’m asking for a refund, she finally said that as soon as I return the items that I would receive a refund. Nearly 2 weeks later after they have received the jewellery back and no refund with them also not replying to my emails anymore. Had to get my money back from the bank so don’t waste you time or money on this company.

No help what’s so ever

Awful experience. Ordered a cuff with my son’s date of birth in Roman Numerals engraved on the inside. I received a cuff with coordinates engraved for the National Artificial Eye Service. WTF, right? I got in contact to ask for a refund, and was told a replacement cuff would be sent out. I told them I didn’t want a replacement and would prefer a refund. I was told it would take 5-10 working days. Refund still hasn’t happened.

The standard "cuff" which is a open end rigid bracelet , is not suitable for an adult. Even trying , as suggested , to open out the metal so that the opening is larger is not really workable and make it very uncomfortable to wear. Simple solution would be to offer this in say three sizes. An assumption that their offering is a one size fits all is a nonsense. Buyers beware !!

Beautiful quality and such a thoughtful gift

I ordered a personalised cuff bracelet from Cuff & Co as an anniversary gift and couldn’t be happier. The engraving was absolutely perfect and exactly how I’d imagined it. The quality of the cuff itself feels really solid and well made, and the packaging was lovely too — it felt like a proper keepsake rather than just jewellery.

Delivery was quick and I was kept updated the whole way. You can tell a lot of care goes into each order, which makes the whole experience feel very personal. My partner was genuinely touched by it and wears it every day.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Cuff & Co.

The bracelet was purchased as a men’s bracelet and described as suitable for men’s wrist sizes. In reality, it does not fit an adult male wrist in any practical or comfortable way. It can only be fastened onto the very last link of the extender chain, which makes it insecure, uncomfortable, and effectively unwearable.

Despite providing photos and clearly explaining that the bracelet is not fit for purpose, the customer service response from Izzy repeatedly dismissed the issue. I was told that wearing the bracelet at the very end of the extender chain was “normal” and that no larger size was available. No alternative solution was offered, and a refund was refused.

Rather than taking responsibility, the focus was on justifying the product description instead of addressing a genuine customer concern. This was frustrating and disappointing, particularly for a company that relies heavily on online sales and customer trust.

If you’re purchasing this as a gift for a man, be very cautious about sizing and be aware that resolving issues may be difficult if the item doesn’t fit.
