Not Real Entertainment 

I received my order which I placed in the month of May 5 th 2026 received on 8 th June 2026 which is almost 30 days I received my product free writing several mails. But what is the use I received a counterfeit product. Never trust culture circle kindly avoid this website. I have gone to consumer forum to get my refund .

Its been 27 days order hasn't been shipped. Everytime I am assured of product being delivered next week. Not willing to give a refund.

I have got what I wanted. Good and authentic products and they were worth the wait. India might have all the international brands but seems we get the leftovers. They have real good collection which I have majorly seen in US or Europe. Minor glitches do happen but we need to encourage such brands who promote genuine products. Let’s face it , some brands have made us used to 1 days delivery and call supreme prime members but do don’t anything is your product is not right as they are just a marketplace. Culture circle at least puts in effort to bring the genuine lot together and give us what we want. The shoes and tees and perfumes are super good and exactly what I wanted. The new NOW deliveries are super fast . They also have a delay policy wheel they give you vouchers if they fail. Who does that. It shows they care .

They are a bloody scam website. They charged me money and after placing the order , first the product didn’t show in their orders page, I have been continuously co ta ting them regarding this but they keep beating around the bush and now after a month of harassment they say it’s been delivered. They are a big scam and they give you a free gift with your order. You pay a high price for the product but they don’t deliver you the product and only the free gift. Nor do they send any confirmation regarding your order. They need to be reported and shut down for scamming customers. Worst bloody app.

Paid ₹5,099. Received ₹765. Zero explanation.

I ordered from Culture Circle and paid ₹5,099 via UPI on 28 February 2026. My order was cancelled. I was promised a full refund.

Their own refund system processed only ₹765 and explicitly marked it as "Partial." The remaining ₹4,334 has never been refunded, explained, or even acknowledged properly.

Their support is entirely chatbot-driven. Every conversation ends the same way, "refund is in progress", "please wait 24 hours", ticket closed. This cycle repeated for weeks with zero resolution.

I was eventually forced to file formal complaints with:

National Consumer Helpline (INGRAM)
PayU grievance team
My bank (UPI dispute)
A company that processes your payment instantly but takes weeks to explain a ₹4,334 discrepancy, and never does, is not a company worth trusting with your money.

Absolutely pathetic experience with [Culture Circle]paid almost 50% more than other websites thinking I would get better service and faster delivery, but they delivered my order after nearly 30 days. Once you place an order, there is NO cancellation option at all. Their customer support is practically non-existent — no proper replies, no accountability, nothing.

After placing my order, I started reading reviews on other platforms and Reddit, and honestly it made me feel like this is a complete scam website. So many people seem to be facing delayed deliveries, poor support, and refund/cancellation issues. I really wish I had checked those reviews before ordering.

Please think 100 times before buying anything from this website. Premium prices with horrible service is completely unacceptable. Never ordering again.

I recently copped the Jordan 1 Low 'Vintage Lichen' from Culture Circle and the experience was solid. Given some of the mixed reviews online, I was mainly concerned about authenticity, but the pair I received is 100% legit and the quality is dope. The Vintage aesthetic and the Lichen colour way look even better in person than in the photos. Delivery was smooth, and the sneakers arrived in perfect condition. Definitely happy with this pickup and would recommend the platform to anyone looking for authentic pairs.

Had my sights on them for over a year ... purchased within seconds from culture circle.

The website did not return my money and the only reason I bought from them was because they came on shark tank. Little did I know shark tank would promote a company selling fake products.

I ordered a Creed Aventus from Culture Circle (INR 24,250) and the product I received has clear signs of being counterfeit - plastic cap instead of metal, sticker batch code instead of embossed, wrongly mapped batch code, poor label quality. I have full unboxing video evidence and side-by-side comparisons with a genuine bottle.

I’ve emailed the support team, shared evidence on WhatsApp, and even filed a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline, but it’s been a week with no real response. At this point I have messaged atleast 3 Whatsapp numbers from culture circle, emailed them, reached out to founders on instagram, publicly added comments on their posts but it’s clear they do not care. Horrible experience. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

I recently ordered a Seiko GMT MOD Root Beer watch from Culture Circle during their promotional offer on Seiko watches, paying approximately ₹24,000 for the product.

The experience has been highly disappointing for several reasons:

Excessive Delay:
The delivery took more than a month, with the delay attributed to the watch being “imported.”

Misleading Product / Counterfeit Concerns:
When I finally received the watch, it became evident that it was not an authentic Seiko timepiece. There was no warranty card or instruction manual in the package, which immediately raised red flags.

Unhelpful Customer Support:
The customer support experience was frustrating. Initial contact is handled entirely by a bot, with no real human intervention at the outset, which makes resolving genuine issues very difficult.

Questionable “5-Step Quality Check”:
The advertised “5-step quality check” appears meaningless in practice. When I raised my concerns, I received the following response from Culture Circle Support:

Regarding the functionality of the watch, kindly share a complete unboxing video clearly highlighting the issue with the dial, so our team can review the concern and assist you further.

We would also like to clarify that the product purchased is a MOD watch. This means the watch contains a genuine mechanical movement, while the dial, case, bracelet, and other external components are aftermarket parts. The watch is hand-assembled in India and designed to resemble certain well-known styles.

Please note that this is not an official retail-branded timepiece, and therefore it does not come with a brand warranty.

We assure you that there was no intention to mislead, and we remain committed to maintaining transparency in our communication.

At no point during the purchase process was it made sufficiently clear that this was a modified (MOD) watch with aftermarket parts, assembled to resemble popular designs, and not an official Seiko retail product with a brand warranty. This is, in my view, misleading.

Additional Financial Loss:
Due to functional issues with the watch, I had to take it to a TATA service center and ended up paying close to ₹7,000 for repairs (the watch is still with the service center as of now).

Conclusion:
Based on my experience, I strongly advise potential customers to exercise extreme caution when purchasing from Culture Circle. In my personal opinion, the products are misrepresented and effectively counterfeit, and the post-purchase support is inadequate.

Culture Circle has sold me a fake perfume (Dior Sauvage) and a fake CD make up minis set. Upon receiving the products that were clearly knock offs, i contacted them on whatsapp and sent them enough proof along with videos and pics and now noone one is responding! i have sent many reminders but with 0 luck. These people clearly know they are selling fakes....buyers pls be careful.

Had to contact the CEO for my refund, even then i was contacted by a Mr Ranjeet to give my UPI ID for refund but it has been more than 10 days now and no reply from him too !

DO NOT BUT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY !
