She was calm and collected, quick and efficient. The tone of her voice and her accent made it even better! I wish she was the narrator for the books I listen to on audible! I love me some Alphonsine!!!!!!!! Seriously though I needed an address change (as this is a gift) and she was right on it! You’re lucky to have her!!

I am very pleased with the help I received from Donna. I purchased the wrong size shoes and she was able to stop my order and re do it with the right size before it was packed and dispatched. I am very grateful.

I placed an online order and forgot to remove an item from my basket before checking out.

The moment I realised I emailed their customer service team. Gabby managed to cancel the item in question for me and ensured I was fully aware of the status of my order. This was within a couple of hours of my initial email which was great to see considering the time difference (I am in the UK).

Great website and excellent service. I had order multiple times from this company and each order was met promptly and fully. I made an error while ordering recently and Gabby was not only able to rectify it immediately but did so with genuine care. When ordering internationally any company with people like Gabby remove any trepidation and ensure we keep coming back. Keep it up guys.

The operator was too kind. They cancelled my order and put through another one with the correct sizing which was accidentally wrongly placed initially. Great customer service and prompt response. Thank you so much :)

I realized the shipping address was incorrect, it had my old address, I sent an email to have my address updated and Marleyah responded back that the address was updated in the system for me. I really appreciate that!
