Waiting for a refund for more than a month...and still counting...

An order placed on 27.02.2021 was not delivered for barely a month, so on 21.03.2021 I informed them, that I will refuse the delivery.
The courier arrived on 23.03, I informed them on the phone, that I want to return the package.

Since 23.03 they are ignoring all my emails, they still did not refunded me. They are owing my money for more than 2 months....

Unsafe services

I received the first sign, after paying the order, after 2 days. In the meantime I spoke to customer service and they told me that only credit cards are accepted, not debit cards ?! And that probably the order was rejected, that's why I didn't receive any confirmation and it doesn't appear on my C&A account either.
Although I entered the phone number in the order, it was omitted, the courier could not contact me. Finally, after receiving the order I saw that one of the items did not match the description on the site (elastic for hair instead of headband).

Extremely bad experience

Extremely bad experience. Never shop there. I’ve never recieved my order and after more that 3 months (!!!!!) haven’t got my payment back. And yes, I’ve exchanged a ton of mails with their customer service. Now I file complaints with several authorities hoping I might possibly one day see my money again. NEVER again!!!

Worst experience!
Especially they arent able to handle anything during covid. Not able to deliver items in weeks or months. Very poor customer service: No one picks up your call or bother to reply your email.
NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!
Throwing your money away would make more sense than buying something from c&a online.

Zero stars!
I made an order especially for a pair of pants for 15€ and to let me made an order, it had to be over 20€, so I bought also some socks for 6€. The transport was 3.90€, so 25€ for all. I was happy with this because I had bought the matching blazer for the pants from a physical store.
Now I get an email that the order was sent, but only the socks, because the pants are sellout. What???
Worst online shop ever! I will never buy from them again. I'm disgusted.

Wished I would have checked the reviews before ordering something with them. On December 21, 2020 I placed an order for 2 items, during the order process there was nothing mentioned regarding delivery issues due to the pandemic. As soon as I finalized my order the inform me that their are having delivery issues and it can take up to 5 days to deliver. Then 4 days later get another email asking me to be patience and its going to take another 4 days. Then 6 days later the same email and then eventually almost 3 weeks after placing my order I am informed that the items cannot be delivered because the stock is finished and cannot be reordered due to technical issues. They promised to refund my money but not info when that will be, so lets see.. overall very bad experience!

I am quite shocked

I am quite shocked. I ordered things in March or April from cunda.de, got them and all was fine (paid via Paypal).

Mid-April they e-mail me that I apparently have returned those things (I had not) and that they will refund me. And they did refund my Paypal account.

I write back telling that I did not return anything, got all the things. They write back saying they will research.

After that complete silence. I ordered twice more and got my things and all was fine.

Now, half a year later, without any warning I get a letter from Inkasso with their fees included that I have not settled my debt. No one in C&A has given me any opportunity to settle it. Can´t just ship money to C&A Germany, hope you get it in an envelope.

And customer service says we cannot do anything, its already in Inkasso. I am so very angry at them right now and lets see how this will end. I don´t think shoppers have to pay for the stores´s mistakes.

Worse online buying experience ever

I have never had such a bad experience with online buying. I chose C&A since at least at the store I never had problems. First it took them more than one week to send the order, second they must have made a mistake in printing the address since DHL didn't manage to deliver it (when in that week I received many other orders with DHL, DPD and so on). It makes me wonder if they really had made it on purpose since maybe they didn't have the products anymore. After having already complained about the delay, I contacted them telling that they should re-send my order and take care that the address was correctly printed. I never got an answer from the client service, just an automatic email days later telling that they had received the returned products and would proceed with refunding. I had bought a bunch of clothes for my kid to start the new scholar year and now I will have to repeat all this work somewhere else. Not worth it, just lost time! Bad client service, bad website, bad brand, no interest for the clients.

Terrible online shop service..

Terrible online shop service... I made an order beginning of the month and still waiting for it... Really bad service. Nowadays and in this Corona time everybody should invest more in online selling and yet c&a didn't do s**t.

Exchange Policy is Deficient

I went to C&A in Munich to buy a Dirndl (Oktoberfest dress), I bought it and when I got home I realized I had bought the wrong one. So I went to exchange it for another one (same price) and they charged me a second time.

Of course, I only got one dress but paid twice. They still haven't returned the money. Not going there again.

Very bad experience with the website

Very bad experience with the website. Ordered clothes for myself using the size guide, but it is completely wrong. Blouse size M should be around 95-100 cm bust and it was 106!. No way to specify in the order what size you want (e.g. M is 40 or 42 and you cannot choose).
Long story short: paid shipment for delivery, will pay shipment for return of all items, complete loss for me.
Will never order again from them!

Never experienced a store to cancel my order without any reason or notification. And I was told the amount I paid was returned back to me and till now I didn’t get it, will wait and see if they stole my money or not.
Very rude and unprofessional behavior, I don’t recommend buying anything through them.

My husband has a heart condition,he sat on a box type thing as he wasnt feeling well. The security guard (Flensberg) did NOT ask if he was ok,just told him to move. The guard was outside,I went to speak with him to explain but was told by him NOT to speak to him. He was rude,nasty and ignorant. I have emailed your company twice with NO reply. Bad manners on all parts. We will not be setting foot inside any of your shops again. The security guard needs to know how to deal with the public. My husband is NOT in the habit of sitting for NO reason
