We found the installation process smooth and painless, as you would expect, but the standout for us has been the terrific ongoing support from Trevor (Davis). Like most system vendors and end-users we each have the "way we do things" and Trevor has been 1st class in helping us to get the maximum out of the system by finding an effective way navigate through where there may have been gaps, and fixing quickly any 'wrinkles' we have spotted along the way.

Always find a way to fix any issues quickly. Have been using Cunninghams for 7 years. Recently updated my computer system which is always tricky with the restaurant open. In recent times when I have spoken to the Cunninghams EPOS Group Helpdesk they have always been helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I have to specifically mention Trevor and Ian as they are the ones more often than not assigned to fix my till or PDQ issues. They are always professional and efficient, keeping me informed and escalating issues where appropriate.
Because of how receptive the helpdesk is Monday to Friday 9-5, the only thing I would improve about the service, would be the operators who log the out of hours calls.
Your out of hours engineers are also polite and competent, and also go out of their way to try and resolve any issue.

Great support given by Shaun today, we had some difficult issues with one of our tills, but Shaun spent the time systematically filtering through the system to find the problem, not only that but had the time to explain what he was doing and why, very polite in his manner and understanding that I had limited experience with the programme, we work with Cunninghams Epos Group a lot but Shaun really exceeded expectations by his commitment to get us back up and running for our up coming busy period,

The Epos system itself is good, can be a little confusing trying to find certain reports but a call to the support centre generally helps.

We have been using Cunninghams Epos Group for our EPOS system for a number of years now. They regularly revise their product to make improvements for the end user and to keep it current. I have found their support engineers to be very helpful - it's not often that I remember the names of people on the other end of a helpline, but in this case I can definitely recommend Trevor Davis. As well as fixing the problem, he always takes the time to explain what he has done so that I can better understand and use the system better. He seems to really care about delivering great customer service, which you don't often find on the end of a helpline nowadays.
