Publicar algo que no trae, es engañoso
Para vender fueron muy diligentes. Pero a la hora de responder a los accesorios publicados que no traen las camas de pilates, buscan excusas. En su web publican que vienen con TABLA MAT y eso es un producto específico. Quieren hacerme creer que el foam roll que trae, es ese accesorio. Además fui especifica que me interesaba su reformer (que es importación China) por la tabla extensora. Sino no compraba.

Lamentamos mucho no haber visto tu comentario antes y pedimos disculpas por la demora en responder. Como ya te contestamos, entendemos tu malestar y queremos aclarar de nuevo que el Reformer clásico incluye la extensión del Mat, pero no la tabla Mat, que es un accesorio independiente y diferente también al foam roll al que te refieres. Sentimos que esta diferencia no haya quedado clara en tu caso.
