Cupami turned out to be a complete
Cupami turned out to be a complete disappointment. The website looks attractive, but the reality is totally different. The product I received was not as described and looked like a cheap imitation. It took weeks to arrive, and even then, it wasn’t usable. When I contacted support, they delayed responses and avoided giving a proper solution. They tried to offer a partial refund instead of resolving the issue properly. Many reviews mention similar problems like wrong items and no proper refunds. This platform does not seem reliable at all. Be very careful before spending your money here.
Amazing product quality and fast…
Very bad experience with Cupami. I ordered a product that looked high quality in pictures, but what I received was completely different. The item was much smaller, cheap, and not even close to what was advertised.Delivery was also very slow and missed the promised time. Customer support was almost non-existent, and they kept ignoring my emails. When I asked for a refund, they only offered a small percentage back, which felt unfair. Many other users reported the same issue of receiving wrong or low-quality items.Overall, this feels very misleading and untrustworthy. I would not recommend anyone to buy from here.
Very bad experience with Cupami
Very bad experience with Cupami. I ordered a product but ended up losing around $20, which feels like a complete scam. The item quality was poor and not as shown on the website. Delivery was also delayed and there was no proper response from customer support. Many users have reported similar issues like wrong items, delays, and refund problems, which makes this platform unreliable. If anyone from the company wants to resolve this issue, you can contact me at +92 334 9202459. I hope they take responsibility and fix this problem soon. Not recommended at all.

Had same issue as - order an item and totally did NOT get the ordered item...it was for xmas gift....so asked to get correct item... nope, they said they couldn't do....had been working with "Karen"... holywellmde8094@g****com and karenspencer7064@g****com...since January who said I only could get 20% refund...now the "Cupami" website is shut down and "Karen" won't respond to my emails.. probably block it.. Fool me once...but not again ! And they wonder why they (China) gets a bad rap...

THE WORST E-COMMERCE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!
Ignore the one star for this company. There just wasn't an option to give it no stars. First, the product I received was not what I ordered. It was too small and wasn't even properly tuned. It took a month to be delivered and then, took another month to get a response to my complaint emails. Eventually, they offered a 15% refund, which was unsatisfactory because they were still selling the crappy drum they sent me for less than that. My demands for a total refund have been ignored. The Cupami website now says the store is closed and my emails are bouncing! Clearly, this was never a legitimate business. Just a scam. I want to know, how do we launch a class action lawsuit? Bad actors like these should be banned from ever engaging in e-commerce, or any other type of business. My lesson: never buy instruments from sellers who are not vetted by legitimate e-commerce vendors. A costly lesson, indeed. 🤬
Scam
Scam! Received a 20 cm horrible quality, wrongly colored item. Not like the pictures and videos at all. 60USD for a toddler's toy.

Bought a drum for £80 receive one worth about £20 have had no end of problems trying to return it they said we needed to pay for the return do not use this company they are a complete sham. We still have the small inferior drum which sounds horrible. Now no one will answer our correspondence. More than frustrating.

I ordered a hang drum ($49.99) as a Christmas gift. It was promised/guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. It did not arrive until January. The item was not as described. It was teeny tiny... like a toy for a little child. It came from China ... no returns. I feel it was a big scam.
Item other than pictured
Item other than pictured, incomplete.

They didn't even ship my Hang drum..
They didn't even ship my Hang drum... No answer and 59.98$ lost
BEWARE! ... THIS IS A SCAM ... DON'T BE TEMPTED.
Like Ricky and many others, after ordering a 15 note hand drum, I too received an 8 note smaller drum that was very much smaller, seriously out of tune, and without the promised extras - a very inferior piece of cheaply manufactured rubbish.
I soon realised that this is a very unkind scam whereby innocent people are lured into buying a hand drum (at no small cost) to learn a new instrument, and then find they have a piece of rubbishy tin, without any means of redress to reclaim their money. The company's '100% guaranteed satisfaction' is part of the lure, and is worthless.
I decided not to return the rubbish that I had received because it would cost me £20 to do so, and I could just imagine the seller claiming that they hadn't received it back!
After after numerous emails, I managed to get a refund which started at 15% and gradually raised to their 'final offer' of 40%, which I accepted to cut my losses.
I see that they have now removed their website ... so emails to the company by Trustpilot are pointless. The company, probably under some other name, will probably start a new scam with some other product.
So beware! ... this IS a scam ... just don't go anywhere near '!00% guaranteed satisfaction' offers from China!
Massive scam. Win Win situation for seller even if you dispute with PayPal...
I bought the healing drum for nearly $100 AUD and what arrived in the mail was definitely different to what was offered on their site. Like everyone else, I got a much smaller drum with less notes and no included extras like an instrument book and note stickers. I disputed this on Paypal and the seller offered a partial refund which was about 40% of the price I paid and this was surely still a lot more than what their cost price is meaning they still profit as part of their scam. I obviously rejected it and seller agreed for a full reund if I sent back the items. I requested for contact details and address and they kept ignoring my emails but finally send a 'fake' company name and a valid address. However, the courier required a contact name and phone number which then I had to send many emails again before they only send a number. I finally made a phone call to this Chinese number and explained the situation in Chinese and a girl hung up on me straight away. I called again and asked why she hung up on me and she said the company "used her number without her permission" so I threatened to sue them using Chinese law (only this would end this scam because Chinese consumer law is very strict and I have contacts there) and they said they would get back to me if I called back later. I called back later and no one ever picked up again. Days later, Paypal has closed my dispute saying I didn't provide tracking details which I clearly did but was incomplete due to missing information the seller DIDN'T provide. I can't believe how big of a scam this is experienced by so many people complaining yet Paypal still treats it like a normal 'Wrong item sent by seller accidently'. How the heck, can the seller send the wrong item to more than a dozen people I have seen complain on Facebook page and here. It's real sad that so many people out there who may have accepted the partial refund thinking "whatever, I paid for something cheaper so it's okay" but the truth is, they still profit either way. Now I'm curious, those who actually made the return, did they ever get the refund or was it "Never received, lost in transit". It would make sense why they never gave me a Chinese contact name which would require their Chinese national Identification to verify they are indeed the correct receiver but this means someone would legally get charged provided they give that information.
Zero stars ordered a drum and got 2 mini cars
Zero stars ordered a drum and got 2 fast and serious moe cars... I went to track shipment it was short a number before Christmas and after Christmas the site was no longer there :(. My kids where so disappointed I was going to purchase 3 glad I only did 1... DONT ORDER!!!
Scammers from China at it again
a scam I bought a drum, they sent a toy then offered a refund of 15% when i complained and sent pictures, I said no, paypal has offered a full refund and return postage payment once i get the form filled out. no surprise the website has been taken down it looks like they got enough money, if anyone on here tells you they got satisfactory results then they are the people behind the scam its a pain as i had to figure out what comodty codes are and stuff i have no interest they should be tracked down and dealt with.
