Bought 2 blankets on the 27th of November. Shipment was arriving smoothly from Sweden until it got stuck in the Netherlands on the 1st of December. I found it strange that my order hadn't yet arrived and as the days went by, I even started to wonder why I wasn't being contact to AT LEAST inform me, the CUSTOMER, about the reasons for this delay. It seems that CURA ship the item then just forget about it and should you question the delay, they'll have excuses that don't even make sense.
I've been requesting a new shipment for the past 2.5 weeks, thinking they would offer an express DHL shipment or at least some kind of gesture, but they consistently replied, "we're sorry we can't" or "sorry for the inconvenience" without any reasons as to why they cannot ship on express. All they did was open a DHL case (the easiest thing on the planet to do) and blamed DHL for not responding (I hope DHL customer service sees this), and didn't even do the right thing of keeping ME posted. Instead, I was having to follow up myself.
Instead of offering an express shipment, which I'm sure they can cover, I'm going to have to accept a refund (because it's too late for me to receive my order, which I needed weeks ago).
CURA needs to find a better way to deal with this issue.

Bad sales practices too!
I purchased several of their blankets for me and my family, along with a few for gifts to the inlaws.... well, that was my biggest mistake..!
1 - they would not accept returns unless I paid for shipping, which equated to more than I paid for the items!
2 - when you contact customer services, it could take WEEKS to get a response.
3 - the chat function on the website is a complete waste of time, NO ONE responds, I've been waiting for 39 mins so far this morning with no reply!
4 - one of the blankets which is less than 12 months old and hardly used has started disintegrating and the threads have almost all come off,
5 - they do not respond to my requests for help on repairing or replacing this item!
Honestly, the products might look good and the advertising might be flashy and catchy, but DONT GET FOOLED BY THIS!
IF YOU EVER HAVE A PROBLEM, YOURE ON YOUR OWN!
This is shameful service by a company and I would never recommend them or their products to anyone ever again!
Hope this saves people a lot of heartache and headaches!!!

Excellent customer service.
An item arrived damaged, and there were no issues resolving the problem. On top of this they have high quality products.
Order is not sent after 11 work days. No email with any information of the delay. After two emails sent by me they decided to finally write back to me.

Honestly this company sucks. I am quite mad that they don’t have extended return windows for holiday shopping or gifts like any normal company would. And of course they haven’t been helpful trying to find a solution. We now have a big, heavy albatross under our bed. Very disappointing for all the marketing and promises this company makes. Waste of money.

Another major benefit is that these blankets help regulate my body temperature throughout the night, preventing me from feeling too hot or too cold. The Cura Pearl weighted blanket has truly become an essential part of my sleep routine.
I first purchased the Cura Pearl Classic and loved it. However, I wanted a "cooler" blanket for the hot summer months, so I decided to buy the Cura Pearl Lyocell. It has since become my favorite blanket due to its extra luxurious feel.
One thing to note: My Lyocell blanket is shedding glass pearls. I notified the company, and they sent me a replacement, but this one also sheds glass pearls.
Price gauge before black friday and always has a discount, which I believe is illegal in EU and fall under false advertisement.
Buy from a company that dont use dark UX-patterns to make you purchase.

If I cut the thread, it might start detangling and getting lose - not a nice thing.
After an initial misunderstanding Cura has reached out to me again to make up for the damaged product and send a replacement blanket. I am very happy with how the senior staff has stepped up to amend the situation, and therefore very grateful for their offer.

I ordered too light a blanket by accident. I sent their customer Service a message 15 minutes after order, saying that I want to cancel. The next day in the afternoon I got a message saying it is too late to cancel, the order is on its way. And they charge 30 euros for the return (!), so I guess I have to try to sell it on ebay.

I've been trying to improve my sleep and anxious moods any way possible and so when someone recommended a weighted duvet I was immediate interested. I purchased the 9kg one as I like a lot of weight when I sleep and it's perfect! The shipping was very fast and they even threw in a little gift with my purchase! I absolutely love the blanket and will be back ordering their bamboo duvet cover!
Order arrived fast and everyhting went smoothly. Pillow is very good, I have tried so many pillows from Ikea to Tempur without finding suitable one for me, until now! Pillow was packed in a nice looking bag made of thick fabric that can be used to take pillow with me when I travel or pretty much any other use as well. Everythig seems to be good quality.
The Cura Eco blanket is the best I've ever had. It breaths really well and the 5 kilogram one is easy manuver, fits into a regular washing machine and most of all is not too heavy to start the weight blanket experience with. According to the recommendations, I should have bought a 9 kilogram one, but very happy that I didn't. Overall, the Eco weight blanket has improved the consistency and quality of my sleep over the past two weeks.

The Cura Pearl classic weighted duvet is awesome. I have slept rather badly almost a year. My deep sleep was before 1,5-2 hours and when I started to use Cura my deep sleep have increased 3 hours. Sleeping with Cura feels like I’m between two outstretched arms. That’s what I really need for.
