Samsung laptop
I bought a Samsung galaxy book 4 360 15.6"2 in 1 and it was 800 quid and it didn't last long so I took it back to currys after TEN DAYS warranty went on it and wouldn't fix it for free and then charged me 50 quid JUST TO LOOK AT IT. That's disgusting. There's 2 lads behind the counter who was looking at my laptop and they were nice don't get me wrong and it wasn't their fault AT ALL.
It's annoying when you spend alot of money on a good make and it breaks not long after and expect you to pay 50 quid just to look at it so i took it back and i went over to coulby newham in the phone shop to see if he could fix it and he gave me a phone number so I did text it.
I went today to see what's wrong with my laptop and he said straight away without charge it could be the mother board and my brother guessed it too and that saved me 50 pound and its going to take a week to see whats wrong with it and depending on the motherboard it could cost between 100 to 600 pound so i suggest DON'T get this laptop.
Also I had a smaller blue acer laptop 10 years ago for school and even that lasted longer than the Samsung laptop so it just goes to show that if it has a good make on it might not be good.
I had to put a fake date this happened last year.

Delivery notified for 29/8/26 between 14.33 and 16.33 but did not arrive. Spoke to your staff who looked and could see that Yodell had not delivered but unable to tell me when it would be. Could not check and come back to me just said it will arrive in a few days. Not acceptable!!!

Some people make the experience amazing.
I attended store twice on the same day.
My first experience was not good. I was interested in a multi Cooker, but needed to search for information on the product.
I asked a colleague on the shop floor for help.
Whilst she appeared to be friendly she gave little help … stating random information and then… go on YouTube??? Did she not have the knowledge to help maybe?
I returned that afternoon, after finding a friend who could use you-tube, and a young lady called Beth did an excellent job of helping me.
She had interest, friendly attitude, knowledge of the product thus giving a good service experience.
When I confirmed the product I wished to purchase she obtained two trolleys, (one to help me and another for a just in case customer).
Finally, completing the transaction she directed me to the sales staff on the ground floor who would de-tag the product. With a wry smile, she said ‘unless you want the excitement of the alarms sounding’. Thanks! Brilliant!
