This company won't refund your money in full. They try to offer you a fraction of what you spent and want you to keep the clothes. They don't provide a return label in the package or if requested through email. Very poor business practices. Not a US company.

Impossible to try to return any item(s) you purchase. It is a digital loop that never gets yo to the return page.
Reading other reviews I think this company is a scam.

The order was received in a reasonable time and I really loved my selection. It was too small but the company agreed to exchange it for a larger size. I’m looking forward to getting the larger size and wearing the item.

Great service, delivered earlier than expected. The outfit fits perfectly and I am very happy with it :)

I have not recive my order I have been waiting over 3 weeks for it and email who I was suppose to but no response at all.

My outfits were delivered in a timely manner and they fit wonderfully!

Fast delivery, Nice clothes

Misleading website. Notes “fast and easy returns” but when I tried to return my items they refused to take them back. Tried to offer me 16 dollars on a 200 dollar order.

I order a jumpsuit the address is wrong I tried to change the address for the correct address for shipment no one from Curtya has emailed me period and I'm reading the withholding 10% of a refund at my expense and it just simply contact me so the shipping address could be change how simply could that have been and from reading the review I don't think I want something that's falsely advertised in the first place nobody has time for this then it clearly states your products are true to it's quality then what's true to be able to help speak to someone in your support help it don't work I've tried it
A waste of time and energy I wished I have never even purchasing merchandise but I know now it's for service and customer service don't really seem like it is not a customer service no contact number from where I see but PayPal say it is

I ordered some thing that did not fit that cost 39.98 +14.99 shipping for a total of 54.97 and they will not give me a refund because it would be too expensive to ship it back to Dubai. Offered 11.00 originally and then 20.00 and keep the poor quality item that doesn’t fit. I feel tat the refund policy was not clearly stated.

It was fast shipping. The material wasn't as great as I expected, but it is good.
