I bought a bathing suit,returned it to the only address on package,they claim they couldn’t find my order,don’t buy anything from them

I ordered 2 swimsuits from this company but only received one! The tracking claimed that both items were in the same package-NOT so! I have tried to no avail to receive my "lost" swimsuit or a refund of the price. Shop elsewhere!

I got scammed obviously by a fake take off of your company.

I am trying to return a bathing suit that doesn't fit and is cheap looking. First, they offered me a 20% partial refund and keep it to save on shipping charges. I refused and requested a full refund. Now they are offering a 30% refund and pressuring me to take it and gift or resell the suit. Why would I want a suit that doesn't fit. I wish I had seen these reviews before I had ordered from them. DO NOT BUY from this company. They do not honor their product delivery. It was delivered by usps but then stolen from mailbox . PO says they should refund as it was sent priority mail but when you submit the tracking #, it is not eligible for a refund and no refundable extra services were purchased. The HELP is totally useless and wasted alot of time with their email responses. It does not even rate 1 star

This company is a total scam. The product I ordered did not fit. Their policy on line states that you can exchange or return within 15 days of the delivered date. I reached out to them via email the very next day, and was told the products can not be returned and they would only give me back a $18 refund from a $90 purchase. After my last reply to that and quoting their Company policy to them, they have not replied back to me. I definitely will be reporting this company to Better Business and going to Social Media to advise everyone of the bad business.

There is no phone # or company address you can reach out to.

Very disappointed. Did not fit. Wrote to get their address and instructions for return. Had 15 days to get item returned. They didn't answer so you could return. Deliberately delayed or didn't answer. Will be sending them to better Business Bureau and sharing with all on Facebook.

Stay away from this company. I wish I would have read reviews before ordering. Clothes run small and they will not refund or let you return. It's a joke.

Capris do not fit and material is not as advertised. Reached out to customer service and no response with 4 follow-ups. I was once a naive customer, never again.

Do not buy unless you intend to keep.
They will communicate once a week if you’re lucky. They will only offer 50% refund at best. They have no phone number and one email.. never ever again.. oh and their bathing hits are cheaply made and look like awful

I agree with everyone. They have terrible customer service. I purchased 5 pieces. Only one fit. I’m trying to send them back, but they say No. only give me 30% off of my order. I said no. I want 50%. We are going back & forth. I going to cancel the charge.

They are thieves!!! Stay away from this company. I purchased $200 worth of swimsuits and apparel, nothing fit, won’t return email request to return items. Wish I had saw this before ordering😡

There is zero customer service!!! You better make sure you want to keep your items-because you can’t return them. They do not respond to emails. They have no phone number to contact them. PayPal cannot even help.
The absolute worst company ever

They sent me the wrong size and would not give me a refund. The customer service e-mail address kept saying undeliverable. Finally contacted them thru PayPal. Still have not received a refund. Stay away…do not buy from this company

This company is horrible to work with. I ordered 2 swimsuits, charged for both but only one was shipped. The one that was shipped did not fit. So I try to start the return process and ask for my money on the swimsuit that was not shipped...their customer service department is so slow to respond (honestly snail mail would be faster) They are trying to give me every reason in the book not to return it. I will NEVER order from them again and will get the word out to as many as possible to never shop from this company.

I agree with Sooz Williams review. I wish I had read reviews before I purchased. I purchased one swimdress that did not fit. I was wanting a full refund & after 4 emails they offered 2 deals which were not the full amount paid. It was obvious they did not want the merchandise back. They did advise return shipping address AND advised a return shipping fee of MORE than $15.00. When I placed my order I was charged $8.99 for shipping. The increased return shipping fee was not indicated in the return instructions. Could this be false advertising ? I will never purchase anything from this company again AND will advise all my friends of my experience.

Ordered two swimsuits and they didn’t fit so followed the instructions - website and email indicate it’s an Australian business or distributor - I got an offer for a refund if $20 of $100 saying it’s too expensive to post to the USA - I questioned why with no response - very misleading and as far as I’m concerned fraudulent. DO NOT BUY as they are using several business names but when you look all have exactly the same information! When I commented on their facebook book page when someone else asked about refunds I have now been blocked …
