I received a fabulous dress at an amazing price. Ordered at the weekend and it was delivered the following Wednesday. Kept up to date with emails so overall very pleased with my purchase.

Although I need to return items I was very impressed with quality of the items and am ordering again now I have a better idea of style and size that suits me.

I have ordered many clothes from this website before, and I have to say that the clothes are of good quality and sizing, the delivery is fast and the refunds are always on time! Thanks Curvewow! I also like the fact that the prices are good and the style of clothes they sell are really nice and you cannot find these styles on the high street!

I've got some really nice items, but some of it is too big. I read the reviews before hand and was prepared for this but still too big on a lot of items. However I do really like what I've got so left a high review on style and practicality and the fact this site offers to do clothes for larger women. And stylish. So thank you!

First time using CurveWow so I was a little hesitant to place an order. The delivery time was really quick about 6 days. I was impressed with the quality of the items and the cost, as to sizing I would say they are quite generous. I kept two of the items ordered and returned the rest (ordered two sizes in each). The return process was straightforward but beware you have to be patient! It has taken 4 weeks for the money to go back into my account. I chased up the return on a number of occasions, it's impossible to speak in person but to be fair emails were replied to usually within 24 hrs. So overall, I will use them again in the future.

Ordered a dress way over a month ago sent back as way too big ( my part ordering wrong size ) I sent it back pretty quick and still waiting for a refund they haven’t even accepted my parcel apparently after over 30 emails back and forth over the weeks they keep asking me the same questions does my head in so wrong

They really need to sort their refunds out. After claiming they didn't receive all of my refunds on a previous order, because I liked their clothes I decided to try and give them another chance. I have recently had to return items from two different orders, I send them back in the same package. One return has been processed (eventually, they received it on the 13th and we are now on the 27th) and the other hasn't. I think I've had enough of this company now unfortunately.

The dress looked fabulous online but when it arrived the quality was poor - an overlocked hem on a £40 dress! The cut and fit was also bad so it was returned.
I waited 10 days before I contacted them regarding the refund confirming to them the date they had received my parcel
back (I checked the tracking number online). I had a reply stating that it hadn’t yet arrived in their warehouse and to provide the receipt with the tracking number which I did and hey presto! I was refunded immediately.
My advice to you is keep your receipt should you ever have to return something and check the quality of the item before you decide to keep it as there are better made, cheaper ones on the high street.
I was hoping to be able to write a rave review but I always give an honest experience whatever I’m reviewing.

I am very disappointed with the customer service from this company. No communication at all from them about my 2 returned orders. Of mine 1 containing 3 dresses and the other package containing 1. I have been waiting for a refund for about 3 weeks now and still haven't heard anything from them that a refund is being processed nothing. I can't even call them as they don't provide a number and I've emailed them privately and on their website also and yet still nothing. I just want my refunds back 🤦‍♀️

Always see the adverts come up on Facebook and love your models. They all look so gorgeous. Decided to order a few things. Love the fit of these, however, I feel you should advertise better on if the tops etc have padding. Also have ordered a swimsuit previously with this issue and very high up on the legs/bum. It’s ok. Tu would prefer to cover more of that part. Order number- CW199408.

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered a swimming costume which was no where near true to size - ordered a 16 and was more like a large 18. On the basis of this I had to return it only to find they do not refund the £5.99 delivery fee. It also took a whole month to get my refund for the item. Absolutely disgusting when it is an issue with their sizing and out of my control. Will be pulling the card transaction for the remaining £5.99 out of principle. Avoid avoid avoid!

Quick delivery , easy to use web site but overall the clothes are beautiful . It’s hard to get nice dresses when your a plus size that’s not old fashioned so curvewow is a god send . I’ve had a few dresses and I love them

Well ok I gave them the benefit of my doubt but NO 3 weeks gone now and I still haven't received my REFUND. Curvewow. This is disgusting I will go to consumer rights if I haven't recieved it in 24hrs
