Great quality of clothes. Not too fast in delivery but worth waiting couple of days.

tracksuit arrived well and on time. but it became really bobbly after only one or two wears. i tried a bobble remover but it only did so much. not a huge fan of the material either. i made sure it wasnt a fake. would reccommend a different brand like bslm instead for sure

I do not recommend this store. I ordered a hoodie on December 1st and still haven’t received it. They keep saying that DHL lost the package, then claim they sent it again, but the tracking number they provide cannot be found. Total scammers! Be careful! Order number: 7C377808A3.

Hello, I do not recommend this store. Now I will explain why I do not recommend it, I ordered a zip hoodie on 28.11.2025, today is 08.02.2026 and I still have not received my product. Every month I wrote to support to find out about my product, to which in response I received "we emphasized that the delivery time is 4 weeks" Okay, I waited these 4 weeks, wrote to them constantly reminding me that I was waiting for the product. Then they wrote back to me that perhaps my package was lost by the delivery service and they would arrange a new delivery for me (they asked for the order number and my details) I wrote back to them everything they asked and to which I received the following on 21.01.2026 ( Thank you very much for your message.
We have organized a re-delivery for you; it is being processed and will be prepared for shipment at the next stage.
The delivery will arrive in the next few days. ). They are feeding me with their promises... I think it's clear why everything is so bad and it's better not to order things from this company.

No joke one of the BEST sweatsuits on the market atm!!! I purchased my gorg and literally favorite bronze green sweatsuit on cusbclo during black friday and I am so in love!!! and i am lowkey wearing it 24/7..🔥🔥 even my mom is confused when i'm not wearing it!! Definitely recommend it it is super comfy and even after countless washings in my washing machine it's still like brad new!! It's especially amazing during winter since it keeps me super warm and cozy!! One of the prettiest colors of fabric i've ever laid my eyes on!! Definitely planning on repurchasing an other sweatsuit soon!! I have my eyes on the black cherry sweatsuit atm!! And if any of you are still wrapping your head around on rather you should purchase it or not DO IT NOW!!! Worth every penny!! Also it's amazing shipping service (it even came on time during the package storm on black friday) so what are you waiting for?? Get your joggers NOW!

I currently have 6 tracksuits from here and they are all I wear, they fit perfectly and I always get so many compliments when I do wear them. I would 100% recommend buying from here.

Terrible customer service! The "telephone number" is a joke. There is never anyone reachable. They only answer emails (if that).

My order was marked as "shipped" and one week later when it still hadn't arrived I asked where it is. Apparently when I gave my order they didn't have all the items in stock so they just didn't send the order (although I was notified that it was "sent" with DHL). Noone contacted me to ask if they should cancel my order or if I could wait for the items to be restocked. They offered no solution and no partial shipment of my order.

Despite requesting several times that someone call me to clarify what should happen with my order, they ignored my requests and only responded by email. My order was meant as a birthday gift for my daughter which was why it was imperative that it arrived on time. I am *still* waiting for confirmation that my order placed on 21 January has really been shipped... If my daughter didn't want this tracksuit so badly I would've instantly cancelled this order and never bought from them again. Do not recommend!!

Followed their return policy exactly and got ignored. Not acceptable.

The order also took a very long time to arrive. When it finally did, I contacted customer support within the 14-day return window for a size exchange, exactly as stated in their policy. I sent multiple emails and received no response at all, despite them claiming replies within 24 hours. The item is unworn and in perfect condition, but customer service has been completely unresponsive. Very disappointing experience and I wouldn’t recommend ordering if you might need a return or exchange.

The below email was sent to you on the 24th January following your automated Email. it’s now the 31st January and my complaint is ongoing since the 9th November 2025.
Yet again I report that Cusbclo has made no further contact or effort to rectify the situation. Nearly 3 months from purchase. This company is a total disgrace.

Email: Yet again, you’re demonstrating very poor customer service by replying to me — a UK customer — in German.

I have already provided the details of the missing garment on several occasions, so I’m frankly baffled as to why you are asking me again.

Please stop sending repeated automated messages and contact me once, properly, with a clear update and a resolution (refund or immediate replacement), including the expected timescale.

If not I will forward your below reply and my above message to Trustpilot and will continue to do so until the matter is resolved.

Top products and shipping took only a few days.

I orderd 4 January and my package still hasn’t arrived. I have also send multiple emails and called but no awnser.

The size guide was completely wrong, returned the sweatpants and then they took extremely long to arrive and there was no productive communication. Really poor costumer service.

I have ordered several items, and while I am satisfied with their quality and fit, I am very disappointed with the communication I have received. I intended to return three items, which represent a significant amount of money for me. I returned them in mid December of last year, yet I have not received any confirmation or update.
My tracking number shows that the items were delivered back to you before Christmas, and it is now mid January. I have sent multiple emails regarding this issue. Although I received a response asking for my order number, which I had already provided, I have received no further communication.
At this point, the lack of response is concerning, and I hope this matter can be resolved promptly. Unless this matter is resolved promptly, I cannot see myself ordering from Cusbclo in the future, as I do not support a service that feels unreliable and suspisious.
