Good quality and finish

I was concerned having read the reviews regarding my order but customer service response was quick and I received my cushion within 2 weeks of ordering. Great quality and finish. Very happy with my order. I would certainly use again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - Order placed 3 weeks ago & still no delivery. Telephone number on website doesn't work & after sending them at least 4 chaser messages both via their website & emails, no response provided & I'm still no further on with receiving my order. If still no response in 24 hours I'll be cancelling my order.
Absolutely zero customer service

We aim for a delivery time of 3 weeks for custom made cushions and I suppose these did arrive right after this message since no order has been canceled around this period.

Nevertheless, we'd like to check what went wrong here to improve our customers' experience, but we can't since we miss the order details. Could you please contact us with more details?

We do not have the habit of ignoring customers and aim to respond to mails within 2 working days. We also do not ignore phone calls during office hours. However, we do not allow our employees to answer calls/mails in their private time. We do take work-life balance very seriously. In case you did call during office hours, please let us know. We'd be happy to check what went wrong.

Unfortunately I had a truly awful…

Unfortunately I had a truly awful experience with this company and have been left significantly out of pocket for an incorrect cushion for which the company takes no responsibility. The company is in fact based in Belgium and not the UK as indicated by the website hence significant issues with delay and contact and high delivery costs. The company has no attention to detail and transposed someone else’s postcode to my order sending the product to another city leVing me to try and rectify it with DpD. When the product finally arrived it was the wrong size, which I am 100% sure is their fault due to a lack of attention to detail and fact they have subsequently changed their systems. They would not resolve the issues and have caused me significant stress and financial loss. Please do not use

Thank you for your feedback. I regret that you felt stressed and unhappy with the handling of your order. Can you please contact us with the order details? This does sound quite strange, so I'd really want to check this and see what went wrong. Since we do have 3 quality checks in place before we actually ship an order, this should not have happened. In the rare case that we make a mistake we simply send a new cushion. In the case that one of our customers made a mistake we do aim for a customer-friendly solution, keeping the price as low as possible. The whole process is registered as well, so an occasional error is easy to verify. We did not really change 'our system' either, but maybe I misinterpret something here. We had the launch of a new website, but that was around June '21.

I regret you are bothered by the fact that our workshop is indeed in Belgium. We give insight in our company and provide secure payment options, so our clients are guaranteed to receive their order as expected (otherwise they can easily ask for a full refund). We do clearly indicate that our workshop is based in Belgium. Moreover, the exact address and all company details are mentioned under the general conditions, communicated when ordering samples and during the payment process. We thought this was quite hard to miss. We do have a local contact to prevent additional costs: No hidden costs, nor customs fees to receive your order. This is quite common, and in fact meant to not bother clients with these administrative issues.

When you order online, for example at Ikea, Lego, or other major brands, these are not always produced in the UK of course. Vice versa, our Belgian employees like their beers. Even though they've got good ones in Belgium that I can certainly recommend, they like to look across borders for an occasional IPA or Guinness, for example, being well aware these are produced elsewhere as well (even when sold on Belgian soil or through Belgian sites).

Regarding the shipment cost, we clearly communicate this cost on our site (£25). Considering the size of our packages (usually around the maximum allowed to ship), this is really not that much for an insured shipment. In fact, it does not even cover the full cost and there are no additional charges whatsoever. For larger orders there's even no shipment fee involved. Addresses are also copied directly from the customer's input (entered during ordering process).

No cushion, no response and phone disconnected

I have sent 3 emails now asking where our cushion is.
Our order number is 2021-00995.

When I track the order the item has been ‘processing’ for nearly a month.

No one has bothered to return any emails and the phone number is disconnected.

Are you even in business anymore???

Dear Sarah, thank you for your feedback. This was a bit of a hectic period indeed, due to several covid restrictions in place that prevented our standard continuation. My sincere apologies for that.

Our phone number hasn't been disconnected nor did it change, but is only available when there's presence at the workshop. Due to the uncertainty, we also saw an enormous increase in mails that we did try to manage as good as possible. I can imagine that we missed calls/mails during this period. This is not our standard practice, nor are we happy with it either.

I did notice that despite all this, the order was placed on Oct. 9. This post was created on Oct. 22, while our delivery time for custom made cushions is 3 weeks. The order shipped, despite Covid restrictions in place, on Oct. 27 and DPD is expected to deliver within 2 working days. I do hope that - in the end - the order did arrive in time and had the desired quality.
Again my apologies for the uncertainty this might have caused.

I highly recommend Cushion Creator

I would recommend Cushion Creator to anyone. Fabric samples are sent for free (although it took a little longer than expected to receive them). They delivered the cushions on time. Their craftsmanship is second to none. Plus their customer service is amazing. I made a measurement error in one of the small cushion, which I only found out on receipt of cushion. They send me a new one completely for free. Can't fault them. And my seating area is now complete with great set of cushions

Cushions fire pit

Order 202865. Received free samples in 3 days to help me make a choice. Was looking for cushions for a fire pit. Nowhere to be found at an affordable price. Cushioncreator made them and delivered in 12 days. They look great! Thanks!

Fantastic and the BEST Quality of cushion and Service..

I’ve ordered a cushion that I can’t buy from high street nor in any supplier but only cushion creator was able to help me on this ,we have a round window in the living room that we’ve decided not to install blinds whenever we have to watch a film in total darkness using our projector film ,i found them online and given the big size of cushions i,m a bit hesitant that this cant be delivered ,I don’t mind of the price but the quality as I’m after with and how it will look in our window ,I’ve ordered online and gave all details I need and have contacted Evelyn for any updates she was so helpful from start to end time ,Do remember the time frame of producing or making your cushions so be patient 😊 until it will be delivered ,if you need it within a week then buy those quick made cushion as they are made to measure and time frame is important too,we are based in London and the cushion was shipped from Belgium if I’m not mistaken .the cushion arrived well wrapped and package and the best but of it was a very good quality cushion,perfect of what the size I’ve requested and definitely will use them again for our next orders,this company delivers and I will definitely recommend them to anyone with no doubt ,I can’t understand all negative comments below as communication is essential in every business deals .thank you so much.

They don't stick to their published …

They don't stick to their published timescales and they are slow to ship goods even when they are ready. They encourage you to let them know if they are needed more swiftly but as it is they can't meet their own timescales. When i said i really needed them a week AFTER they were supposed to be delivered i was repeatedly reassured they would be, then told they "should be" then they posted them late knowing full well they wouldn't get here in time. No communication, i was always contacting them. Then they couldn't understand why i was cross. They just need to do what they say they will do and tell you if they can't. Pretty basic really.
