I received a personalised notebook with manufacturing defects that did not match the quality shown on the website, making it unsuitable as a gift. I contacted customer service immediately, provided clear photographs, and requested a full refund in accordance with the company's own refund policy for defective and not-as-described items.
Instead of honouring their published refund policy, the company has refused my request for a full refund.

Nice product and timely delivery

This was such a great idea to be able to customize this product.I looked at a similar product but it didnt have the option to customize & as it was a Birthday present for a friend it made it special, it is well made, beautiful colours, well packaged & very quick delivery .

Received just in time for birthday. Very pleased with it indeed. My daughter in law loved it.

Item as described with personalisation, really love it and delivered in the time scale advised, however the delivery was absolutely disgraceful, would advise not to use Relay in future.
