Stay away from this company, they are dishonest! **Now fixed
This store does not follow through on any promises made. They install a new vinyl plank floor in our livingroom this past summer, did a terrible job by leaving raised screws in original floor and not fixing a ridge going right across the floor. They should have evened out the floor prior to laying the new stuff but did no preparation work . We were told that in order to fix it we would have to move our furniture out of the room and they were sure we did not want that. We diagreed. The sales woman brings one of the workers with her and he starts to hammer down all the bumps and informs us it is okay that all we need to do is go around hammering the floor all the time! We called head office and they promised to look after it, that was a month ago and nothing g so now we are preparing to take them to court. Let's see if they keep this on their FB.
