I ordered a birth flower necklace with name and birth stone. And it didn’t look like the photos. The pendant was tiny and the script and flower were barely scratched in. They didn’t send an order form or anything with it so I’m not sure how I’ll be able to return. I also paid for express shipping and it took about 2 weeks to get here.
Ordered two urns, 1 X rose gold urn and 1 gold urn. 2 gold urns arrived which I'm frustrated about. I've sent and email and was provided a 'link' which was not even to their website asking me to pay a 'little' shipping fee to get a replacement sent (which is $15 USD = $23.78 AUD). This is absolutely ridiculous and so poor! They claim to have quality checked it...clearly if it was properly quality checked I would have received the correct colours.
Would not give a star. They advertise beautiful keepsake urn pendant with engraved your pet profile. But when I have received its like someone hit me in head. Absolutely horrible quality. And now they do not want to give money back. Absolutely disgusting. Hurt me even more. I felt like I lost my beloved cat all over again. Do not trust this company or any other with same offers. I have photos to show anyone who interested.
