Poor quality...Worse Customer Service

Ordered a custom rug for a special event for our business. They we're very responsive when ordering. When the rug arrived all the dark coloring had bled onto the lighter coloring. Additionally, the artwork was not as clear as the proof. The rug was so bad we could not use it for our event. I've sent countless emails and left countless messages over the past month and cannot get a refund, nor a reasonable or timely response. They offered to print a new rug and which they sent an image and the ink had already bled on the image they sent. I again requested a refund. They are very unresponsive. $1,000 for a custom rug with poor quality and even worse customer service. Please avoid this company at all costs. This is some of the worst customer service i've ever experienced. Next step will be to report to the BBB. I would modify this review if I can ever get a timely response and refund.

Improper sizing and ignoring emails

I reached out to the company via email about a custom rug and they were responsive.

I ordered a 10x6 rug and got a pdf I had to verify which states: FINISHED MATS ARE SIZED TO INDUSTRY STANDARD WITH AN ADDITIONAL 3% VARIANCE.

I should have asked what "industry standard" meant before purchasing, but I cannot imagine big carpet says 6x10 is anything besides 6x10, so I really just saw "3%" and thought that was acceptable.

So when it arrived with the 6' side really 5.5', well thats 4" smaller than a "3% variance" (which would be about 2.16"), I tried emailing them back and they have not responded to me multiple times over the span of a week.

Im not going to do anything funny like chargebacks - at the end of the day its not a huge concern and a giant waste to have 2 rugs. A discounted rate would be nice, as this does not meet the requirements of the agreed upon product. And the 10' side was only 2" short so it was within variance.

I suppose this is what I get for ordering from the cheapest option for custom rugs I could find. But if you are like me, and wanted a specific size for a convention booth that is a set size... pay a little extra at somewhere reputable.
