Well, my experience was excellent. Very pleased with the jersey that was ordered. High marks for the excellent customer service. I did know about the amount of time it would take to fulfill this order and adjusted my expectations accordingly. I would definitely order another item in the future.

The custom Jersey I received was amazing! Top quality in every aspect. The only (relatively minor) issue I had was that I had to contact them for status when my projected production time arrived. But they responded immediately and got my jersey out within a day or so. Would definitely use them again if I don’t mind waiting and can’t find the jersey I want.

Didn't notice that until some time after order placement. Expectation of Some weeks (rather than Many) to produce and ship seemed reasonable. Consequently ordered about a month prior to a birthday.

Excellent quality jersey

The jersey I ordered looks perfect! My husband was thrilled! It look quite a while to receive it, but the company was up front about delays. Totally worth the wait!

Easy ordering process. Jerseys are good quality. Only issue is return/exchange policy. Customer pays to return, then pays for shipping another. Size charts are tricky too. I ordered a hockey LG and it was too big. I kept it. Next hockey jersey was M, great fit. Ordered a LG baseball jersey. Too tight. Kept it because of return policy and cost. So I am a M in hockey jerseys and an XL in baseball jerseys. Something seems off there.

Where do I start, This Jersey is straight FIRE! I ordered the 1976 Braves Jersey with “Murph” to commemorate that year’s nickname promo. The accuracy and quality put into this is second to none. These folks know what they are doing. Well worth the 6-8 week wait time for a QUALITY product! Stop questioning if you should order one and just do it, the best jersey in my entire collection!!!! If I could give this company a zero, I would. Ordered a jersey six weeks before Christmas. It is now March and still no jersey. I have tried to contact them by phone and e-mail. No response. No jersey. No refund. This company is the worst. My order number, by the way, is 78692. So I checked with the USPS and provided them with the tracking number given by this company. Not surprisingly, the tracking number wasn't any good - it was made up. As I said before, this is the most disreputable company I have ever dealt with. You can pay them if you want, but don't be surprised if you don't get what you ordered. I have learned the hard way. And there's nothing I can do because they operate out of Canada.
