Custom Wax N Seals Reviews

This is the third time I have purchased a wax seal from Custom Wax N Seals and once again, I am impressed! Their commitment to quality is marvellous and I cannot fault Sam's efficient and friendly customer service. Nothing seems too much trouble and everything is done in a swift manner. And the wax seals are always packaged so professionally and very nicely, with its own little blue bag and some spare wax sticks. I'd recommend anyone looking to have a custom wax seal made, or thinking about getting one, to come here because THIS is the place to get them from! Many thanks to the team at Custom Wax N Seals, please keep up the fab work! :)

Arrived quickly. Good quality wax but just wish the colours were more consistent from batch to batch.

Very helpful with making my customized wax seal stamp the way I wanted it, and it turned out beautifully!

Great service, great quality. Nothing's too much trouble for them.

I cannot recommend enough, I also make chilli sauce and looking for a seal this has made my mind up I will order more wax for my chilli bottles to make them extra special thank you, wonderful product and service,

Precision laser cut in brass. Impressive.

Love the temperature the wax melts at and ease of application.
Great colors!

We have been using this company for several years and found them informative and helpful. The product we have been using (bottle sealing wax) is of consistent good quality.

Brilliant products - great website - very fast delivery

Loved the label quality. Really fast delivery.

Really excellent customer service.

I approached Sam with a bespoke drawing that I wanted to turn into a wax seal. I was very tight for time and was struggling to convert the artwork into suitable vector imaging and had pretty much given up on the idea.

Sam took the drawing and converted it for me and created the wax seal within a day and delivered it on next day delivery. The package was beautifully presented. A sample of my seal, 2 free wax sticks in an organza bag, wrapped in tissue paper with a thank you wax seal.

I also wanted to get an embosser machine and Sam kindly provided me with the vector artwork to enable me to get that made elsewhere.

I won't hesitate to go back to Sam. Superbly helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Thank you so much!

Great service, prompt delivery.

Our wax seal is brilliant, we can't wait to use it, was quick and efficient service, beautifully crafted!

Brilliant service, you get to see how the seal will look before it's made so you can make changes if needed, I changed the font. The seal arrived on time, and you’re kept informed every step of the way. I would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent product and customer service. Just the seal I needed.

Reliable, fast and high quality seals at a high volume. We are delighted with our purchase.

I purchased a new gift box. You sent me used, the wick has black soot on both ends, the lighter body has scrap on it. No way am I happy. Pictures were attached
