I was gonna buy off the sight, but at first sight and judging by the title, this whole website ust gives me that scammy vibe. Then I look at the reviews, and basically it looks like a 50/50, they either scam you, take forever, or you get your item. I'll pass.

This site has one of the cheapest prices at market with vape stuff and there is almost always some kind of free coupon, i I ordered first time and everything went smoothly. The cheapest shipping option to Slovakia took 20 days. Product came well packed. I ordered vape pen, the atomizer was faulty and not working properly. I asked for a replace and after less than a 1 working day new atomizer was on its way to me. Customer service always responded to me in less then 12h. Great experience i recommend. Shipping dates are accurate, prices are very friendly ( half of what i would pay at my country ) and customer service is very helpful.

Cvapor took my money and never sent me my item. I purchased a Box Vape about 4 months ago but never received it. I emailed them multiple times and got the same old crap. "We sent it". Avoid this company. They are in China and with the bad relationship we have with China right now, these dishonest crooks won't hesitate to rip you off if given the chance. I mean what can you do about it? China is a long way away. It just pisses me off. The vape device I purchased was over $60. They lied to me so many times.Avoid CVAPOR. They are rip offs!

I tried to order the Tesla punk 220 they said on their site it was in stock. That was a lie. They did not have the product and it was backordered for over a month and did not tell me anything. I had to harass them trying to get a tracking number to find out that it had not shipped and that they don't even stock the product. on the website it said it was in stock do not trust this company they are full of s***. I will never give them money for anything again.

I ordered the Tesla shinyo on 11-2019. Still hasn’t shipped yet! I’m getting ercked off really quick with these guys! They said it’s not in stock but when I ordered it it said in stock? ! Last time ordering from these clowns!

I just ordered yesterday a large number of items for a significant sum. Now their site seems to be down. Given the number of negative reviews here, now I'm really worried.

Stay away from this place. They are a bunch of thieves. I placed and order for a mod. It got to the Hong King facility on october 12th and it's still there as we speak. I have contacted them on IG and they ignore me. I emailed them and they replied after 2 dozen emails and said we will contact the sorting facility. This was two weeks ago. I've emailed them a dozen times since requesting to send out another mod or refund me. They ignore me. If you wanna spend money here just light the money on fire atleast you'd get to watch the money burn. Giving it to them you get nothing. Since I placed a 1 star review the company actually contacted me and resent out the mod I ordered. They stood by the mishap and resent me what I ordered I cant knock a company that has done the right thing

I'm not sure if it's a scam or not but I did get through to customer service and they refunded my money so that's good

I ordered the Vandy Vape 'Swell' vape mod from CVapor. Came from Hong Kong to Cookeville, Tennessee in ten (10) days, I was able to track it all the way using 1Tracker, was packaged well when I got it, sealed in the original Vandy Vape box, the genuine article.

CVapor is a fine company and I'll order from them again. I forgot to mention: I saved $30 on the Swell device by using a coupon-code. Great!

I've used this company twice, ordered clearance items that were very cheap. Arrived within about 2 weeks, genuine products. One tank should've had adaptors with it, as was stated to include them. So contacted customer service, who got back to me promptly, asked for some pics of the tank I received, serial number etc, and a few weeks after I sent them, received the adaptors in the post. Have now placed a third order with them, am waiting on delivery.
Their website does have security issues: a couple of times, I've had intrusion attempts on my computer while browsing their site.. but my Norton security software blocked it, so no harm done.
I am happy with their customer service and delivery times -obviously, it takes a while, as coming from China, and the stated times are averages, not guarantees that you'll get your order within that time. That's standard with low cost shipping options, and even if you pay for tracking, it doesn't mean the delivery times are guaranteed. So would say to use them if you have decent security on your computer and are willing to wait on delivery.

Still haven't received order that was placed months ago even though i requested and paid for 2 day shipping and $10.80 reshipping charge and never received received tracking number or response to emails

I have read the reviews and I hope that’s not the case. I have ordered my order at 5/11/19 till now no response what’s so ever. Even that I have reached out to them four times and still no response or I have no idea if I even going to receive my order. It’s driving me crazy. There is no number to except emailing or massage. The no response is the most frustration thing for me .

I placed an order on February 1st it is now febrarury 25th and I still have not received my item. They randomly closed for ten days for Chinese New Year which they did not notify customers about before placing an order. Extremely horrible company, terrible customer service, and an absolute scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

I ordered two tanks on September 23 2018, it is now November 7 2018 and no tanks. Package tracker says netherland post which it has said since October 18. Customer service says it is delayed due to shipping delay. Something about weight??? I won't buy from them again and I will file a claim thru PayPal before 90 days. You make up your own mind!

Je vien de passer une commande sur Cvapor.com et je ne comprend pas pourquoi tout le monde crie a l'arnaque ou aux clones vendus la bas . Je peux vous dire qu'ils sont très professionnel ils répondent en moins de 24h aux questions posés par email. Franchement rien a redire, appart je vous recommande ce site qui propose des prix vraiment attractif et leurs produits sont officiels et aucun soucis de douanes pas de supplément.

I just placed an order on Cvapor.com and I do not understand why everyone shouts at the scam or clones sold down. I can tell you that they are very professional they answer in less than 24 hours the questions asked by email. Frankly nothing wrong, I recommend this site that offers prices really attractive and their products are official and no worries of customs no extra charge.

Hi, my experience with the site is mixed. It took them 4-5 days to process my command.
But they didn't update the status of my order till I asked support. (1 day answer time)
Then they send me the mail with my tracking number. It's sad because the package was already in my country. Sadly I had to pay tva and border tax ( not the site fault) witch increased my bill by 25%. Anyway all the items checked out (scratch codes...). It's not a fake site. But buy from them with care.

Salut, mon retour d'expérience avec ce site est moyen. Il faut bien réaliser que le prix est hors taxe. Il ne sont pas très doué pour la communication. Mon achat était encore marqué à "processing" alors qu'il était envoyé depuis plusieurs jours. J'ai du posé une question sur le chat pour avoir mon numéro de colis. Ils ont répondu rapidement (1j) et j'ai reçu le mail avec le numéro de colis. Malheureusement j'ai dû payer les taxes de douane (environ 25 % du prix, pas la faute du site) tous les articles sont originaux.

I dont know why rating is that low. I was get my order after 2 week, support service is ansvered to me every time even if my questions are stupid. They are helped me a lot. Their price are lowest i was see and in all products you have scratch code and you can check if product are original. Mine both is original. Thanks to cvapor.
