Wayne Blackwell is a scammer

Wayne Blackwell will tell you he's been a roofer for a very long time and that he always does what's right for his customers. In reality, he's utterly incompetent and his solution for every problem is to put cement on it. I've paid Wayne £1,000 however the roof leaks as badly as it did to start with...he's come back a couple of times to add more cement, each time assuring me that he's solved it only for the rain to prove him wrong. Avoid this man.
