The worst company ever

The worst company ever. Soke to a guy called chris who is the most argumentative and problematic person i've ever spoken. Lied to me through his teeth. Instead of trying to find a solution, just created more problems. Now i've seen the rest of the reviews, I'm not surprised. Joke of a company.

Beautiful windows and doors (Residence)

First order with CWG Choices for Residence 7 windows and doors on a whole house project.

The customer wanted specifics like white separators and Timberweld joints. CWG were quick and the result is, frankly, beautiful.

The only quibble I have is that CWG show all window and door proofs viewed from inside. Most manufacturers view from outside, and whilst we made it clear on our spec that ours were viewed from outside, we had to be very careful reviewing the final order because some frames were transposed incorrectly.

We needed CWG out for some aftercare too, which they did without any problems.

So from my position, they are a great company to deal with and I’ll use them again if the project requires.

Shocking throughout

Shocking throughout. Incorrectly manufactured windows on 2 occasions, the third set are experiencing issues and CWG are refusing to answer emails. I wish I'd never some across them . Simply awful
This has gone on for over a year- terrible products and terrible customer service
I wish I could score lower than one star.

This company cannot improve it cannot…

This company cannot improve it cannot be bothered to even try and rather than a little after care they just dismiss the issues and do not even let you buy parts from them, we called their fitter out to check the work that had been done as it was unsatisfactory and he said screws had not been tightened in properly on the one window, this was the issue will all 5 sash windows so stopping them opening and closing, so rather than fixing this issue he removed the screws and left us with the same problem hence we have then tried to open them and they have jammed open, absolutely disgusted Do No Ever Use This Company, I have had to pay a lock smith to get the issues resolved I hope they go bankrupt

Ordered windows off them in 2020

Ordered windows off them in 2020, and got a window fitter to put in, not being aware that the guarantee is with the window fitter and not us. Windows do not open properly and they are not in the slightest bit interested, aftercare is disgusting, we have paid a lot of money and have windows that do not open on the ground floor, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

£24,000 claim against installer using CWG product.

I had £12,000 of CWG windows and doors condemned as not fit for purpose by an independent thermographic survey. I unfortunately had to take legal action against the installer as they had supplied and fitted but CWG were not interested in the slightest in helping to resolve the problems. After over 2 years, I won the case and was awarded a full refund, costs and damages. Be warned, do not use CWG.

we had £20,000 worth of alluminium…

we had £20,000 worth of alluminium doors and windows supplied and fitted by clarity glass in poole dorset. The doors and windows came from CWG. We have had many problems with our dealings with clarity glass to do with the fitting and dealing with the problems that have arisen since, basically the company are not interested once they have been paid.
Consiquently I got in touch with CWG who have informed me my guarantee is with the supplier not them. I asked them what happens when one of companies they supply won't guarantee there products or they just go into liquidation I was told they still won't give us any guarantee for the window or doors I find this quite alarming that a company can trade like this and get away with it, disgusting .Be warned make sure your dealing with a reputable manufacturer and a reputable supplier.
