SCAM

Cyberbazaar.org SCAM!!! They send a bad cheap quality trash. We send it back the item. No money back ever. Please do yourself a favor and don't order from them. They take your money only.

Avoid at all costs…waited over 2 weeks…

Avoid at all costs…waited over 2 weeks for 2 Speaker Stands and they did not arrive with no communication from this company. Emails were ignored, Eventually got through on the telephone to be told that he could not send them because of postage costs, So I asked for a refund which I am still waiting on. Please do not use this company as you will only be disappointed.

Ordered some grab rails for my…

Ordered some grab rails for my grandfather. 25% cheaper than elsewhere. Took a little longer to arrive - a week. I called and got a response. This co has cheaper goods, just not the tech to support tracking etc. That why they are so cheap. So just wait a little longer, your item will arrive and it will be as advertised. I can't fault the items or the price. Customer service would help but I'm. Happy with my savings, which were significant. Thanks.

Cyberbazar were selling an item that I desperately wanted and so, having read all the dreadful reviews here, I still took the plunge. There price was cheaper than anyone else. £50 cheaper. I took a gamble. No confirmation email. No response to my emails asking for information. No response to phone calls. They all rang out. After 6 days I got a call from a guy who said he needed £7.12 postage before he would send it out. The free postage offer apparently was a mistake. I was desperate for the item so I agreed. He said he would send an email confirmation but nothing arrived. eventually 8 days after ordering the item it arrived and it works! I am now happy but Cyberbazar have the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

2 weeks too late & wrapped in a bin bag

so today my item arrived, without warning as no email, but perhaps a response to me posting here. my wife didn't refuse it as she assumed it was something from ebay judging by the wrapping of it in a bin bag over the box. I'd emailed twice to cancel it, rang & told them i wanted to cancel it who told me to email to cancel it. I've already bought the speaker that i ordered from them for over 2 weeks ago next day delivery elsewhere because guess what? I needed it quickly, not in 2 weeks time. Terrible customer service, absolutely zero communication. Registering on their site gives you no useful information. Now to start what I imagine tpo be a real pain in the a*** trying to return it.

Ordered 3 months ago and nothing…

Ordered 3 months ago and nothing arrived. Called numerous times after a week of waiting. Fobbed off that they'll check with the infamous "warehouse" and would call back. Never did, rang again for a refund, said email "us", I said no - they never answer them. The bloke said its to do with "Covid", I'll call you once I know what's going on. Surprise, surprise, no call. Got bored with dealing with these scammers. Never got an email or update, so went through my bank instead to resolve it which they did. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. CyberBazar should be shut down.

Ignored all emails requesting a return

Ignored all emails requesting a return. Told me when I called I’d have to pay a restocking fee, checked website and zero mention of this, which legally you have to do if you want to claim a restocking fee. Have since been ignored and it’s 3 weeks later... will be escalating

Terrible. Avoid.

Terrible. I ordered a chair on 30 January for £66.47. They advertise same day despatch and two day delivery. Nothing arrived. After three emails (none answered) and two phone calls, I finally got my money back on 18 February. The same chair is now advertised for £128.82. So why wasn't I sent one? Waste of time. I would never use again. The only reason for not giving one star is that my money was refunded.

Magnificent service

I bought a new standing lamp from the site at a fantastic price offering next day delivery with a note that due to Covid-19 delays could be possible as we have all come to accept. I spoke to the customer service department to find out where my parcel was. due to many staff being furlowed shipments were being delayed. I am blind and I needed the lamp urgently as without it I have I can’t use the little sight I have. I was told that they would look into it. My lamp arrived next day. I called back to thank them and to give some positive feedback well deserved. In difficult times for all of us Cyberbazar still had the service I would expect at any time you can tik all the boxes from me

Well it seems I am another one of those…

Well it seems I am another one of those unlucky customers who have experienced poor service from this place.

Placed order on 1st Feb, paid for next day delivery with the (please bear with us through COVID) fair enough I’m not expecting it next day or maybe not even the day after that.

3rd Feb morning I receive an email saying order processed. Later on the same day order shipped.
Email sent yesterday 4th asking for an update, no reply.
Several attempts to call today I get a phone call back. Tells him I’ve had an email two days ago saying it’s shipped so really it should have arrived yesterday if it’s next day delivery. The man on the phone was ok at first then when he told me my order was still in the warehouse I challenged him on why it was marked as processed then shipped.

He told me it would be with me Tuesday/Wednesday next week, they’re 4 days behind, COVID etc and I said that’s fine but why has it been marked as shipped if it hasn’t. He wasn’t rude at first but then started talking over me telling me there wasn’t anything to talk about and what’s the issue when I challenged him on the fact I’d had an email saying it was shipped. Obviously trying to pull the wool over peoples eyes. If I’d of had to wait until Wednesday for an order I paid next day delivery for I’d have reported them as a scam company.

Asked for a refund he said he was doing it while I was on the phone. They have their statutory time to refund me if I don’t receive it in that time then a claim is going in against them.

Seems like a lot of other people have had the same issues and some haven’t. Take my word for it they aren’t worth the risk of the poor customer service. DO NOT USE THEM, they may have some good reviews but they’re clearly not up to the task of good customer service and are unreliable.

I cannot fault their Service. Friendly Helpful Staff.

I run a production company in Guildford. I required some new drivers for some speakers that we were rebuilding over the Covid Lockdown. Despite this added pressure on their staff, I cannot fault their willingness to advise, and help me get the products I needed. Well Done Cyberbazar! I will be using your services again.

Great all round

I received a great service. The products I ordered were a great price and delivery was quick. Accidentally placed my order twice and had to call. My call was answered quickly and the guy I spoke to was really helpful. I'd recommend them without hesitation, in fact, I've just placed another order.

Genuine company - ignore the hate

After reading the reviews, I had some concerns about ordering through this company. However there was nothing to worry about.

I spoke to a gentleman on the phone before I ordered as I wanted some reassurance - and he was brilliant. Sympathised with me and explained about the difficulties they've had during COVID.

So I placed my order, and it arrived swiftly after in a few days with no issues. Great company, great prices. Everyone is doing their best under these extraordinary conditions so be more understanding.

Absolutely Fine!

Like Graham below - I had absolutely no trouble with this company. But just because of the poor reviews I hesitated to order until I’d phoned them myself - by which time the items I’d ordered were out of stock!

I asked them bluntly about the bad reviews: they said without rancour that some people had unrealistic next-day delivery expectations during COVID. Like everyone else they are a real company with real safety & staffing issues. They also suggested that some orders were created just to trigger their usual promise of next-day delivery or refund. They are essentially a trade distributor, so not very well set up to deal with the type of queries that retail consumers often create.

They tried to find something else to suit me (even waiving price difference), but no luck. So instead a full refund was processed immediately, with no problem.
So - sorry I couldn’t buy from them this time, but wouldn’t hesitate to use again,
