Bought for daughter as her university course required a powerful computer to be able to do her work for the next 3 years effectively. Spoke with Jacob prior to purchasing and he was amazingly helpful. Explained what she needed. We'd done a lot of our own research too but he really helped us realise what wouldn't be needed at this stage. We were looking to future proof as much as we could so he helped clarify things for us. He also advised we could always upgrade the Nvidia chip in the future which I hadn't realised as this was a pre built and that helped us make our decision as we could always extend it's life. Ordering and delivery was very smooth. What was helpful was the YouTube video by a female staff member of how to unbox and set this up - even though it's a pre built, it helped take the worry away. We've had to upgrade our WiFi which was something I hadn't thought about but that was minimal cost. Daughter loves it and the whole experience with Cyber Power PC was very positive.
