The equipment arrived very quickly in perfect condition and i could not be happier with my purchase.

Gym goers paradise… every possible piece of gym equipment (home & commercial) is here and on show / demonstration.
The team are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They will advise on the right equipment for your needs and not try and over sell things you don’t need or more expensive items.
I bought a treadmill Tuesday morning and it was delivered Thursday morning - fits my needs perfectly.
Highly recommend this to everyone looking for any kind of gym equipment (cardio/strength etc).

CYC were helpful from start to finish with my order. It was handled quickly and efficiently and in a friendly manner. The delivery was arranged for a time to suit me and service was first class throughout.

We ordered 2 new Schwinn bikes and even though most companies were struggling to get them in stock CYC managed to get them to us in just a couple of weeks. Great service and support and consistent communication.

Having been let down by another supplier at the last minute for 4 x 20mm lifting platforms a friend of mine mentioned that he had used CYC in the past, and to give them a call as they may be able to help.

From the offset Justine was amazing, she assisted and solutionized my issue, and managed to get me my platforms manufactured and delivered SOONER than the supplier who came back and said they were now unable to fulfil.

Excellent communication, personal service and great product and price

I had a slight issue with an order payment that may have been due to my bank taking long to process or could of been CYC Fitness’s system, the actual cause is unknown, so no one can be said to be at fault, things happen. I reached out to CYC Fitness and liaised with Craig, who actually took the time to contact me and speak to me about it, the issue was resolved asap with no hassle, the company and Craig went above and beyond to sort out the issue and make sure i was happy, this was done very quickly. I found the customer service provided regarding my issue to be excellent, lets be real, sometimes things happen that are out of our control and the way a company responds and resolves things shows you how good they are, CYC Fitness were excellent and proved they are very committed to providing excellent customer service along with selling quality items. I would have no problem using them again and would definitely recommend them to others looking to purchase fitness equipment. 5 stars from me, great honest company with a very good ethos.

Justine was amazing through out offered us guidance and secured some great treadmills for us. CYC were quick efficient and looked after us from start to finish. Will use them for everything we can in the future, the customer care was top notch.

Good communication, good prices and fast delivery. When their prices changed due to the Black Friday promo, I didn't have to ask anything, they updated the quotation with the discounts applied.
Installation of the equipment was well done as well.

I ordered Kynett Home flywheel trainer. It arrived the next day.
When I opened it there were no crossfit handles as advertised. These had been replaced with a triceps rope by the manufacturer.
I spoke to Cyc Fitness customer service and they sent a pair of crossfit handles, which arrived by first class post today.
The customer service was excellent, especially as the original problem was not their fault, but the manufacturer's.

Excellent customer service from Justine; nothing was ever too much trouble and she jumped through hoops to help us. On top of all that the process absolutely the best, couldn’t be beaten. Will certainly be our first port of call in the future.

I rarely leave reviews but felt I had to this time. From my first contact right through to post sale care CYC have been fantastic. Everyone I have dealt with have been friendly and knowledgeable. Craig, in particular has taken customer care to another level. He made me feel like I was the only customer he was dealing with and was always quick to respond to any questions I had. What is more impressive is the customer service I continued to receive after sale, something that doesn't seem to happen to often these days. Not only was the service great, the price was better than anywhere else too. I would definitely recommend this company and I will buy from them again in the future.
