SCAM COMPANY! Do NOT buy from them at any cost.

We placed an order on 12/08/2019 which should have been delivered within 7 days. When the item didn't arrive I called to find out why it hadn't been delivered. I was told that for some reason the order hadn't been sent out for posting but that they would send it immediately and it would be with us on 02/09/2019 at the latest.

When once again it was not delivered I called their offices only to be told that a part had been missing from the manufacturer but that they had now received it and the order would be with us on 10/09/2019 or 12/09/2019 at the latest.

As you can imagine, I had to contact them again on the afternoon of 12/09/2019 to check that the delivery was on for that day and was told that it was not but that it would be delivered on 13/09/2019.

At this point, I accepted that the company is a scam and, conveniently, on trust pilot every other review will give you the exact same scenario.

I will be raising a complaint and reporting the company to trading standards as it seems no one is receiving orders from them.

The worse customer service I have ever dealt with!

Placed my order on the 7th March never received any communication other than the sage payment confirmation.

Chased the rack on numerous occasions and was throbbed off with various excuses, Eventually I got my first email from the company on the 8th May promising I would receive the racks on the 13th. Guess what they never arrived.

I chased again on the 16th May only to be told the order had not been sent through to their suppliers, at which point I cancelled the order.

The company is a complete joke and if I could of left a no star rating I would had.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Dreadful service! I ordered a bike rack, no confirmation of my order until I chased them. Then they promised delivery in two days - nothing came. Cancelled the order. My advice, avoid this company.

Do not buy from this company! Poor quality products and extremely bad customer service.
They also supposedly have a "hassle free returns" service, yet this is the most hassle I've ever had in returning a product. They are refusing to refund me my money.
Avoid and buy elsewhere!
