Best customer service in half a dozen cycle shops.
I visited half a dozen cycle shops, looking for an electric mountain bike for light trail riding.
Cycleshack was the furthest away and the first who didn't immediately try & sell me the most expensive bike, nor be sniffy because I wasn't prepared to spend £10k+ on a bike.
I visited their Eastbourne store where a young woman helped me. She was super helpful & friendly. They encouraged me to test ride a couple bikes including one of a lower spec than I thought I wanted. I didn't buy either and carried on looking.
However, that visit stayed in my mind as it was the best customer service I experienced.
I came back a while later & bought the lesser spec bike she suggested might suit my needs better - a Trek Marlin. She was right on the money - I love the bike! It was a great suggestion.
Thank you to the young woman (sorry, I can't remember your name) and to the owner who helped me on my second visit. Your customer service was perfect!
