I ordered a Zipp 404 firecrest wheelset on 8.9.2024 at CycleXclusive. I did not need a buying advice, because I knew what I wanted (questions are not answered anyway, see below!). Fortunately, the delivery was very fast without any transport damage and I can really recommend this wheelset. I am afraid, that I cannot recommend the dealer itself. Several (very polite) inquiries after purchase were not answered. I wonder what happens if one really has a quality problem with the order? Please see also other ratings of this dealer on the various platforms. There is no service after purchase at all, no mailing, no reaction. Thus, I recommend not to buy here because the risk is immense if you have a problem. You just don't get a feedback. Just offering good pricing is not enough. Better buy somewhere else with less risk and at comparable prices.

Paid £3000 for a bike frame that I waited weeks longer than promised for and they sent me a painted matte frame instead of the raw gloss one I ordered. Gutted.

Currently being ignored by customer services.
