I placed an order from them on the 14th…

I placed an order from them on the 14th of July 2026 paid for VIP shipping to make sure I received it by July 25th. I have yet to receive anything. I emailed them to see what was going on and was told about customs and it could be held up there. If they knew customs hold thing for so long, why charge for VIP shipping? It shouldn't be offered as an option.You definitely don't get what you pay for and they take forever to respond to emails. If you need something from this site plan to wait a lifetime to get it and don't pay for faster shipping.Never ordering from this company as long as that warehouse doors still unlock.
