Really disappointing experience from…
Really disappointing experience from start to finish.
I ordered a new laser tube and laser lid over 3 months ago and paid for next day delivery. The tube arrived the next day but the lid was missing. I only found out it was out of stock after I contacted them myself to ask where it was.
From then on it was constant chasing for updates. To be fair they did usually reply, but it was mostly excuses, delays, or being told it would be sorted soon, only for nothing to actually happen.
Eventually the lid finally arrived and it was broken. I sent it back straight away and once again had to keep emailing and chasing for weeks trying to get it resolved. I asked for a replacement but got nowhere.
After another ignored email on Friday, I emailed again today asking for an update and ending with saying I would have to go through PayPal to get my money back as they had not sent a replacement and suddenly a refund appeared, along with being told they are no longer stocking them.
The whole thing should have been a simple issue to sort out but instead it dragged on for over 3 months and became unnecessarily stressful and frustrating. I definitely would not order from this company again.
