The Transaction shows successful in withdrawals but they doesn't credit to bank account.
Despite 50 emails & tons of live chats they're approach of assistance is insanely disappointing. They always copy & paste the same bloody texts & leave the chat without our consent, & emails are never responded be it how many you request them.
I would never recommend anyone to use DafaBet going forward..

I had sentover 4 bank statement emails, and engage in more than 100+ live chats and calls. Even more troubling is the fact that throughout this ordeal, I received mostly copy-pasted responses that completely ignored my specific concerns. This kind of support is unacceptable.

I am writing to formally express my deep frustration and concern regarding the recent issues I faced with my pending withdrawal. While I have finally received the amount — along with a 10,000 bonus — the process was extremely stressful and unprofessional.

To receive what was rightfully mine, I had to send over 100 emails, and engage in more than 30 live chats and calls. Even more troubling is the fact that throughout this ordeal, I received mostly copy-pasted responses that completely ignored my specific concerns. This kind of support is unacceptable.

Furthermore, I use a MacBook exclusively and have never accessed my Dafabet account via mobile. I am absolutely certain that there has been no mistake or compromise from my end. This leads me to question: who was responsible for the mess surrounding my withdrawal?

Adding to my concern is the behavior of Mr. Saif, who I understand is the Head of Dafabet India. He threatened to permanently close my account and insisted that I only communicate with Indian support — not international. This raises a serious red flag and makes me wonder whether there is internal wrongdoing or an attempt to hide something.

I would like clear answers to the following:

Why was my withdrawal delayed for so long despite repeated follow-ups?

Why does your support team avoid addressing concerns directly and rely on copy-paste replies?

Why did Mr. Saif threaten account closure and insist on limiting my communication?

Are there any internal parties involved in mishandling or blocking my transaction?

I expect a thorough investigation and transparent explanation. Please escalate this matter to the highest level possible.

While we are loosing amount these dafabet guys will loot our amount and when we win the dafabet team start palying games, they will not process the withdrawals and the customer support in this app is a joke. Those robotic people will reply the same copy paste answer over the cs livechat and over the email.

I gave the 6 withdrawal requests on dafabet nothing were send to my account no 4 days gone. I send them emails on their support email they are not responding from past 2 days . I will say the scam happen with me i saw they have a good promoters like chirs gayle, ravi bopara even etc they did not send the money into my account. Today they disabled my account. I am unable to login. this is very poor thing i never expected to happen this. peoples spending money on such platforms after wining they are not getting paid. I will 100% to do fight with them using a court case and will take a strict action to their promotors and also the this scam company
