I ordered a pot planted with spring bulbs. It was stunning, a huge terracotta planter beautifully potted up and gift wrapped. The recipient was in tears when I gave it to her.
I always find a smiling service from all the team in the shop and a beautiful choice of excellent quality flowers.

Placed an order with specific custom flowers for Mother’s Day. My mums first Mother’s Day after losing her son.
Nigel is to blame! He wasn’t listening and couldn’t use the till ‘how do you turn this machine on’. I checked it was ordered and he said of course and threw me a receipt.

Without surprise I turn up on Mother’s Day and no flowers available for me. The lady made me an atrocious bunch of flowers out of leftovers. Mostly plants. Some crappy purple leftovers.

AVOID.
No genuine apology. They do not care!!!

If you order from this florist you must be aware that what they deliver may bear no resemblance to what they advertise on the website. We ordered a baby girl package but what was delivered was in a plain bag with no baby reference. Apparently they were out of stock of the ‘special’ bags but did not think to contact us. All that was offered was to go and collect what they had delivered, to take out a separate balloon or to refund us for the cost of the bag. The customer service can only be described as pathetic and I would definitely not recommend or use again.

Been using this excellent florist for years. The offer same day local delivery on orders placed early that day if necessary but otherwise simply a superior service to many others I've used. The flowers are absolutely beautiful as I've had them deliver to my home many times. Whatever occasion you have they'll sort you out. Good advice, always friendly and very reliable. Highly recommended.
