Great fun to work with, seriously experienced.

Having worked with Dancing Lion over the years, I would describe them as a professional, fun, and knowledgeable company with a wealth of experience in Customer Service in particular. They share how to deliver excellence in listening and communicating with your customers. Dancing Lion training materials are thoughtful, stimulating and easy to absorb.

Steve & Rachel led a Customer…

Steve & Rachel led a Customer Experience Workshop attended by the senior team of the Hippodrome Casino. The agenda for the day was aligned perfectly with our company objectives, vision and mission and allowed us to reflect upon and explore where we are in the process of creating our vision for the customer experience and to fully understand and appreciate the steps needed to achieve this.

Both Steve and Rachel are clearly experts in their fields and were able to share their wealth of knowledge and experience with us whilst encouraging us to engage in discussions and share our own experiences and considerations.

The workshop was pitched at the right level for our executive team and we found the day informative and insightful, the content clear and relevant which inspired thought and continued discussion.

We would highly recommend Dancinglion.

L&D strategy and delivery for national Indian telco

Steve led the L&D (Learning and Development) workstream on a large and complicated contact centre build for a national (Indian) 4G network provider in 2014.

He developed the L&D strategy and designed the programme for agents, team leaders and managers (including quality managers, with direct input into the overall quality framework and "High touch" leadership branding). On this occasion,

I worked with Steve, and can attest to his complete professionalism, dedicated Client Management and attention to detail. His outputs were tailored precisely to the Client requirements, matched to the Indian cultural requirements and nuances and, through robust and detailed road-testing, demonstrated to be highly effective.

Ever the consummate professional, I would recommend Steve as a "safe pair of hands" for any L&D programme.

Kuala Lumpur - Telekom Malaysia

I worked with Steve in Kuala Lumpur when doing a project from Telekom Malaysia designing and setting up a model call centre. Steve is an ultimate professional, he delivered excellent training for a variety of areas within the call centre and was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Steve and would definitely work with him again.

I worked with Dancing Lion on a Customer Experience and Sales Ttraining

I worked with Dancing Lion on a Customer Experience and Contact Centre programme in India in 2014 and again on a programme for a 4 star hotel collection in 2019.
Steve is incredibly easy to communicate with and understands client needs. He is flexible, friendly across hierarchies and dependable. All of the training reviews on the programme were highly rated by the delegates and the client was very satisfied. I would recommend working with Steve at Dancing Lion.

Unique Talent

I have worked with Steve at Dancing Lion on two occasions, once in Qatar and once in India.
He provides uniqueness to training and that training becomes exceptionally useful to the teams we were working with.
One indication of the quality Dancing Lion brings us that I would invite him to any team. The second indication is that we created a solid friendship and this friendship remains, some 6 years after working together.

Contact Centre training

I worked with Steve on a large greenfield contact centre project. Steve designed and delivered a complete training programme. His understanding of not only contact centres but also the people involved is second to none. His professionalism and experience of training programmes was a significant factor in the successfull deployment of the project. Steve is an approachable and professional consultant who I highly recommend.

Telephone Collection Techniques Training

Steve put together a training programme with us for Arrears and Collection skills. He went to a lot of trouble to find out what we wanted the outcomes to be, and he devise a programme which met the training needs exactly ; he delivered it in an innovative and fun environment. Some of the team were worried about role play but he put everyone at ease and encouraged them to go out of their comfort zone, and give it a go.
We all enjoyed the day and came away with a new perspective how to deal with calls effectively .
I would recommend the training to anyone looking for a refreshing approach to telephone collection.

What an amazing company to work for and…

What an amazing company to work for and work with ! I have had the honour to be part of the team of trainers and facilitators and I have also experienced a Dancing Lion event as an observing delegate. Steve and his team are consistently successful in enabling people and businesses to create outstanding performance and results because the principles that they inspire people with , are his heart and he lives his life by them !! World Class Training Resource

Steve has worked for me on several large, complex assignments, building and delivering world class training interventions in the UK, Europe, Middle East and India. His experience and skills are outstanding.
