Dear Customer Service,
As indicated on your invoice, we have just received the garden storage box corresponding to the above-mentioned order.
Unfortunately, upon delivery we discovered a significant number of dents and minor damages to several metal panels. We have attached photographs documenting the condition of the product upon arrival.
In our opinion, these damages were largely foreseeable considering the lightweight and inadequate packaging used for transportation. Although the handling by the delivery driver certainly did not help, we remain convinced that the primary cause of the numerous dents is the insufficient quality of the packaging. This is made even more critical by the very thin gauge of the metal panels, which makes them particularly vulnerable to transport damage.
Considering that the shipping cost to Switzerland is almost equivalent to the price of the product itself, we are both disappointed and frustrated by this situation.
Furthermore, returning the product would be extremely complicated and expensive for us, making this option neither practical nor reasonable.
Could you please let us know what solution you can offer to resolve this issue? We would appreciate a fair and satisfactory proposal.

Why did you split the order in 3 parcels, I got 2 parcels from a tobacstore and 1 was delivered by lorry to my adress as in the order, I paid for the total delivery to my adress. apart from the above it has been fine.
