Danico give the impression of not caring about customer service for retail customers. we agreed to buy a lot of switches and sockets with a promised short delivery time. the delivery dates then got extended several times. We had to keep chasing. We were promised calls with updated dates or confirmations when things had arrived but not once did i get a call throughout the whole 4 week saga. it was always me having to go in to the shop or call again and again. Very frustrating to deal with. Given one pays premium prices for Danico, one would expect better service
