MUST MUST avoid this company at all…
You MUST avoid this company at all cost. They will take your money and then stop communicating. They have owed me a refund of several hundred pounds for over 2 months and simply do not respond to my emails. They simply generate a ticket saying we will get back to you. I can't believe companies like this are selling ferragamo products. You have been warned. I have reported to my card company and will also formally complain to the designer directly in Italy and UK.
It seems the reviews are being manipulated and I have reported to trustpilot also. If you check other locations such as Facebook you will see a very different picture of this company. Be warned

There was no communication when tried to contact ???
There was no communication when tried emailing the seller several times for estimated date/time of delivery . And when i logged into my account, there was not record of my purchase .But my order did arrive within 7 working days and very happy with the item. So had to give 4.5 star for quality of product and price but they need to just sort out the issue of customer service then would get 5 star.
