I have never experienced this worst customer service honestly. They constantly ignore you. I have been sending emails, trying to follow up every second day in regards to my missing item for about 12 days now. They literally ignore you. The only thing they say is someone will contact me in 24 to 48 hours and yet noone contacts. Worst customer service ever. My issue has not been addressed let alone gettimg resolved. Never buying ever again from DW honestly. You need to do better DW.

The customer service has been extremely disappointing. Posted policies are not being followed, my questions keep getting ignored when their team doesn’t seem to know the answers, and at this point it feels like they simply ignoring a paying customer altogether.
It’s unacceptable to tell customers to reach out for changes when your team can’t actually make those changes. It’s unacceptable to state 1–2 day processing and then provide no explanation when that isn’t being met. And it’s unacceptable to leave customers without clear communication or accountability.
I expected basic professionalism and transparency from a brand, but this experience has been the opposite.
Also... still no update on my order so I can try and contact the shipping company to redirect my order.

I bought 2 rings online, the sizing was too large so I contacted support to exchange the rings for a smaller size. Pauline was wonderful, very efficient and kept me updated. Even though the exchanges size was still too big she was still helpful with organising a refund. Overall, I’m very happy with the customer service that was provided.

I bought this Daniel Wellington watch a few years ago — it looks stylish at first, but unfortunately, the quality is really disappointing. The watch has broken three times already.
The company replaced it twice under warranty (the last time in August 2025), and now, just a few months later, it has broken again.
I took it to a watchmaker, who told me that it has one of the cheapest and least durable mechanisms inside, so it’s no surprise it doesn’t last long.
The warranty is almost over, and it seems the watch will soon be useless again.
So think twice before buying. It may look nice, but the quality just doesn’t match the price.

Unfortunately have never experienced such bad customer service until my most recent order. I have many watches from Daniel Wellington but my latest experience has left me out of pocket and no product and very little support from customer service. They don’t have a phone line to talk to someone but assured me they would be able to assist quickly via email. My parcel arrived at the collection point nearly two weeks ago and after many hours on the phone to the delivery company they said it was down to the sender to sort out. Well I have now been out of pocket for 3 weeks and they are telling me I have to wait another 5-10 business days to even get a refund. Many other companies at least appear helpful and send out a replacement item whilst they recover the “lost” product. This was supposed to be a gift for my wife that was due to arrive well before her birthday but I am just utterly shocked at the lack of support from this company. I do not normally post such reviews but left very upset and lost with no action left to take.

I had seen a bracelet I liked on DW site but it didn’t give the size. I got an email asking what I needed and they quickly came back with all the info I needed. I have several DW watches too …..love them all

I ordered watches as a present on October 6th, being sure there was enough time, especially since the website stated that the parcel would be delivered within 3–5 working days.
Today is October 17th, and now the agent i’m contacting to says: “Unfortunately, this process may take a few weeks to complete depending on the speed of your customs office.”
This is very misleading and frustrating. There is no clear information about when I will receive my order or what is actually happening with the shipment.
I would appreciate an explanation and an update on the current status of my parcel.

Used the cheapest courier provider which has meant delayed delivery and I am not able to receive it for another 3 weeks. Give pathetic generic customer service responses to queries to avoid responsibility. Don't waste time or energy on this garbage brand.
