Lost my money....
Have purchased 2 items on 13th of May 2025, have arrived only one item, another item haven't arrived. Contacted customer care, already month they are carrying investigation to find out is it wearhouse or ups fault, but me as a costomer no refund no item. Very upsetting and extremely slow customer care, case 1596923 not resolved if it ever will be.

Poor service
Use cheap and poor delivery partners, despite me proving the item was not delivered, they would not offer a replacement or refund. GO elsewhere or just set your money on fire. I am out of pocket.

Ordered a ring for myself and my husband but the size was too big. Emailed in to enquire about the exchange. Jazz was very helpful and prompt in providing the assistance on the exchange. It was so bad that the other salesman apologised for his fellow colleagues behaviour, turns out she’s the manager. She went as far as saying I’m giving her an awful look.
