I have an issue with two diaries…
I have an issue with two diaries received.
They are faulty, by this I
mean damaged on the spine but have been told by Emily this does not interfere with the function or overall use of the diary. Yet they state online if you receive goods and they are not perfect they will replace.
I am not impressed and will not be using this Company again.

Danilo, DO YOU remember the consumer rights act?
Extremely disappointed with the customer service received from Danilo. Lionesses 2026 calendar arrived with clearly visible indentations: lines running down left and right of the calendar and coil holder indentations running through the calendar from February, across the face of Lucy Bronze to December, Beth Mead. But, Danilo representative, Emily stated there doesn't appear substantial damage to the item to warrant a replacement, really!

The customer services team carefully reviewed the photos you kindly sent, and while we can see the light impressions in the print, they appear very minimal and do not affect the images or the use of the calendar. Under the Consumer Rights Act, goods must be faulty, or unfit for purpose to warrant a replacement or refund, and in this case, we felt the calendar was still of satisfactory quality.
We appreciate this may not have been the outcome you were hoping for, and we’re sorry this has left you unhappy. Please be assured your feedback has been noted, and we’ll take it on board as we continue to review and improve our service.

Edited... I got an email from Danilo which basically said its nothing to do with them. I would have thought if your business was using outside sources to sell your goods you'd be interested to know how they're customer service is. I just won't order from them again.
I'm not sure if it's them or just amazon. I ordered two items. Both said next day delivery which I really needed as I was late getting my grandsons birthday card and gift bag. The bag arrived but my tracking said handed to resident which it wasn't. It was thrown onto my path, not even in safe place registered with them. The card then was saying it was being delivered the following day after so now its too late! I'll just go to a shop next time!

Amazing colour and quality
Had great time choosing some beautiful excellent quality paper and gift bags for my sons and his friends presents. The quality of paper was brilliant and not to mention the fantastic bright colours that are in the paper. 100% would definitely buy them again. I bought 2 identical musical calendars, they arrived quickly, 1 was in perfect condition, the other was not working. I contacted customer service who dealt with the issue quickly and professionally and I had a replacement with me in 24 hours. I will definitely buy from this company again. thanks

Don't buy at Danilo.com if you don't want to have problems with tax
Warning! An dishonest seller!!!
I bought 4 calendars.
I paid about £16 for them (and about £5 for shipping).
But on the customs declaration Danilo.com gave a value of about £45 (+ about £5 for shipping)
That caused, that I had to pay very high taxes (VAT).
I sent photos of the declaration, as a proof that Danilo.com had given incorrect value on the customs declaration.
Although Danilo.com got my photo (with value of about £45 + £5 for shipping) it is still claiming, that the correct value (of £21) was indicated on the customs declaration.

cheap and nasty hanging holes on calendars
Bought two calendars in December 2021- Elton John and Freddie Mercury special editions. The calendars are decent enough but the hanging holes are totally inadequate, literally one small hole punched at the top. Already the paper is tearing around the hole,it will need reinforcement and we are only in January!

AVOID- Terrible delivery service
I ordered a calendar Jan 2nd. They said it would take 1-3 business days to arrive. I had to follow up 5 business days later and they said they would re-send the calendar as there was no movement of the “order”. They “sent” out another Calendar and again the same thing happened after, to which they offered to re-send AGAIN or refund. I of course chose the refund. This company is a joke and would not recommend.
