Bought 2 pack of Activia Gut Health yogurts from the Gut Heath Promotion. 16 yogurts. I get the feeling it’s all a ploy to get you buying their products in the hope they’ll help you with digest problems.
Feeling let down. The company lack advice and they have a QR code on the packs which you win instant prizes. I’ve never won! Neither has my friends who’ve bought the packs too.
Better going to Lidl and getting exactly the same product at half the price!

I approached Danone UK after trying on numerous occasions to purchase a refill for the Evian Bubble (Re)New. Since purchasing the unit I had not been able to purchase any water refills. Not only did Alex, the Quality Specialist refund the unit by way of vouchers without any fuss but he also said he would pop in the post water vouchers. So much more than I expected them to do. Both my mother and I are very happy as we purchased the Units at the same time. We now have Next vouchers for a spending spree the weekend. Thank you Alex!!

Great customer service by Kashana fast response clear communication by their customer service team

I had a product complaint which Danone UK answered quickly and honestly and kindly sent me vouchers. As it happens, there was a little glitch with the vouchers which was replied to immediately. Danone replied very quickly to my queries and was friendly and helpful throughout. Refreshingly good customer service.

Alex was very efficient with handling my complaint.

Danone make lots of great products and delicious food items. Im here to write about Oykos yogurts. The limited edition lemon and lime flavour!

They are absolutely delicious and refreshing! Unfortunately they are limited edition.

Can't start to explain how poor the Nutricia customer service is
We waited in for my first delivery but the DPD driver chose to deliver to a neighbour's house
Asked for acouple of additial flavours which apparently would be no problem no additional flavours sent
Second delivery is being made in three seperate deliveries which makes it very difficult to fit around my radio therapy appointments
I'll be talking to my consultant at the next meeting
Very poor company
