Holder ikke hvad der loves mht afsendelse af tilbud

Har for travlt - har i 4 uger forsøgt at få et tilbud på en alarm med montering, flere gange lovet en mail ( har både min mail og tlf nr ) med tilbud senest dagen efter. Her ca 4 uger senere har jeg fået monteret én på 4 dage fra 1. kontakt til montering. Må da være dejligt at have så travlt i en virksomhed....... men så hellere sige at det ingen interesse har til kunden.
