$8 to withdraw money on a 5+ day wire is CRAZY, but not to worry -- I couldn't connect my my account anyway via Plaid because of an undisclosed issue on Dapper's side. Stay far, far away from them, Top Shot and any other scammy crypto property.

The poorest custumor service I ever have expirienced.
No live chat and e-mail response and minimum a week waiting for some e-mail back with no solution.
I need dapper Wallet to play MFL but i want to get some money out.
Absolute horror.
Connect with Coinbase with there button and put the amount.
Send the transaction, cancelt lost 10
Dollars fees.
After that I did the Wallet adres manually and same story.
Lost 10 dollar again and im sure it is the good Wallet adress because I did it allready 3 times before.
Contacted coinbase to see if there was a problem from there side but they checked and said everything is fine.
Now im waiting allready 1,5 week for a email with some kind of information!

Never put a lot of money on your account, they could terminate your account anytime without notice. You'll have to contact them by yourself, they will take a week to reply with arrogance. Without explanations nor proof of what you're accused of. I repeat they are not reliable. Not at all. No communication, no professionnalism.

Been waiting over 7 days for email support via support@meetdapper and compliance@meetdapper keeps saying off hours.. I've missed big opportunities from buying and selling for over a week and I'm guessing I won't be hearing from them anytime soon.. the transfer deadline is in around 5 days.. my team needs improving and I have missed out on dozens and dozens of missed transfers, loans and potential MFL tokens.. my missed opportunity is unknown in value.. with my current rate could be upto $200 and spent around $250.. really annoyed at the missed opportunities of buying, selling and loaning..

Withdraw fee of $20 for US people, non US they charge $40…

Horrible rates for MFL. Just know when you play MFL, you need a very high return just to afford the fee..

Takes multiple days just to transfer from dapper to your own wallet. Every transfer is manually checked, even the 10$ ones. And they charge fees ranging from 4$ to 25$ which is outrageous. The most incompetent company in the crypto space, and even the smallest crypto exchanges are way more professional and competent than these guys behind dapperlabs.

No security checks before any deposits but if there is a balance to be withdrawn the security checks come into action with bad support. Can deposit with a UK bank card but cannot withdraw back to it without a $25 transaction fee.

Dapper TOPSHOT and the perpetual beta excuse. No accountability , no customer service and zero respect for your time. The pack drops are disasters 70% of the time. Spend hours waiting in the queue only to get knocked out on a technical glitch from an issue on their end. As a Dapper customer you will assume all responsibility, even if you do everything correct.
