I ordered a blouse from Darcy Lane. It didn’t fit well and the material isn’t what I wanted. I’ve been trying to return it since. It has the tags. It’s in the original bag it was shipped in. It’s brand new. The company’s advertising states “no problem for 100% return for your money back”. Why are they ignoring me and refusing to send me a shipping label? This is not typically the way American companies conduct business!

Sizing is way off. A Large was comparable to Small. Now they are "offering" me to purchase another item for 30%. Telling me returns will be too expensive for me. Their site states that their warehouse is in New York ??? They also encouraged me to gift the items to someone and make them happy. Just another China rip off company.

Bought a summer set and its honestly such a vibe. Light, flowy and easy to wear all day.

Both items of clothing were of poor quality. When I inquired about returning them, they said they would have to be shipped overseas at my expenses! Their alternative offer was to refund me 25% of my expense. So I paid 75% for 2 things I donated to the thrift shop. Don’t buy!

I got a two piece set and honestly love how it fits. Not too tight and not too loose. Material is breathable which is perfect for warmer days. Delivery was faster than expected. Support team also replied quickly when I asked a question

I ordered a floral dress and was a bit unsure about sizing but it turned out perfect. The size chart is actually accurate which is rare lol. Material feels soft and breathable, not that cheap stiff kind. Shipping was quick to the US and packaging looked neat. Really happy with this purchase.

I was a bit unsure about sizing but the chart actually worked. Dress fits really well and looks flattering. Fabric feels light and easy to wear all day. Shipping to the US was smooth. A good experience

I just opened my order. I ordered 2 dresses for weddings i have upcoming. I must say im very pleased, they are very nice dresses and very flattering. Free shipping and extra savings was nice to have too.

My order arrived yesterday 4 items i ordered with the bundle discount, sizing was correct and quality was good, free shipping and extra discounts was great. I just processed a return for one item and communication was easy enough, return processed. Overall experience good, i will be ordering some more summer bits.

The product I received was nothing close to the description or website photo.
The website picture showed a soft, knitted sweater in muted blue and orange tones.
The one I received had horrible, brash colors in a cheap polyester. The stitching is crooked (like a high school sewing class student's work) and sleeves and collar don't even hang evenly. The cuffs were tacked on in a different color, not woven as part of the sleeve.
I am beyond disappointed in the deception of the description.

They offered a choice of a 20% refund and keep the top or cover the cost of sending it back to China, which is more than the cost of the shirt. It’s a good scam for them. They still get to keep 30% of the profit for cheap materials.

Hi, this is my second time ordering from Darcey lane so wanted to write this review, first time the shipping was a bit slow, but they informed me of this and communicated every step of the way so gave me peace of mind, the item was nice and fitted me, so i re ordered a few ore items to make the most of the bundle deal, shipping much quicker and the quality is very nice, a sequined dress i got was fab. Very happy, good quality, and most importantly communication is good and clear. Will shop again for the summer for sure.
