Just outright scammers - Order was delayed by months, product arrived completely different than what was displayed on the site. I was told that I would be refunded and could keep the garment since I was apparently sent the wrong one (to not incur any shipping costs), and then they just ghosted me. Assuming I would never follow up or check my bank. They just lied and for months have now ignored my emails.
Embarassing and terrible clothing company who are completely unprofessional.
I made an order in January (6 months ago) that never arrived, and my emails trying to resolve this have been repeatedly ignored. I also paid on Klarna so due to this situation I cannot use that anymore and it is affecting my credit ability.
I have only received one email reply acknowledging they were at fault, and that it would be resolved along with a gift card. This obviously never got sorted and I still have a remaining outstanding balance on Klarna and I have been repeatedly ignored ever since.
Such a shame as I have been a fan of the brand for years, but this decline also shows in the quality of their recent garments.
Do not shop here they have no clue what they are doing and do not respect or care about loyal customers
