Very disappointing experience

I’m really disappointed. The landing page looked trustworthy, and the creator’s YouTube channel has quite a lot of followers. On the website, it clearly says there’s a 100% money-back guarantee if you apply the content and don’t get results — which, at first, gives you confidence.

I went through the entire course and honestly found it to be absolute rubbish. It’s just slides with text being read out loud, and everything is clearly made with AI. I asked for a refund that same day after watching all the content. I fully met the refund conditions stated on their site:

“If you complete the course and don’t see results, I’ll refund your money, no questions asked.”

But here’s the catch: on the main landing page they only show an email (hello at their domain). I sent my request there and got no response after two days. I did some digging and found this hidden in the Terms of Service page:

“Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase...
If you complete the course and don’t see results, I’ll refund your money, no questions asked.
Contact me at: refund at their domain"

(And yes, those three dots are actually included in the policy).

In my opinion, that’s an act of bad faith — hiding the refund email while giving a different one on the main page just leads to confusion.

Luckily, I was still within the 14-day period. I sent my request to the correct email, waited another two days, and again got no response. I followed up, saying that if I didn’t hear back within 48 hours, I’d escalate the issue through my bank. No reply. So I contacted the bank, and I’m still waiting for the resolution.

In short, this service feels like a scam. I wouldn’t recommend buying it. The content is empty, manipulative, and the sales tactics are misleading.
