After leaving a not so pleasant review for a not so pleasant experience with Darphins on line chat and return process, I am able to happily update my experience. Darphin reached out to me and graciously resolved my return issue without anymore effort on my end. Although the product I purchased was not the right one for me, I am more likely to try their other products knowing the company does care about customer service and will strive to make improvements with processes where needed.

Never got my package. Photo shows it was “put in” the mailbox but then I get home to get my package and it’s not there. So I never got it. And they are making me go through the carrier for it. And their customer service just sucks!! Never ordering from them again.
I just wanted my refund back for never receiving my order and they never even offered to just ship out another order for the inconvenience! Just absolutely horrible!

Love their products I use them for years.

order confirmation email also arrived!
but funny is next day order has been cancelled without any reason, I have ask customer service they don't know the reason either.
So I tried to order it again, and same story, everything is ok but next day order cancelled again.
I'm stupid so I tried to made order again.
now the order status is processing, I hope they will not cancel again.

be very aware that this company offers promotions they cant fulfill they will offer you free gifts with your order and then not deliver them customer services will tell you when you contact them that they have sold out

Placed an order from Darphin which sat with them for over a week before my account stated that the order was in process. Almost 2 weeks later, just received an email to say that the product is now out of stock and I will receive a refund. One of those companies that offer a terrible on line sales service. Have now bought what I needed elsewhere. Buy in store if you can as their online sales performance is awful.

Very moisturising cream that is easy to apply and not too oily. Keeps its moisture throughout the day!

I'd like to actually be able to comment on their products but I've ordered from them twice and never received my orders. Poor service. I won't bother trying in future.

I love their products but will never buy from their website again, and neither should you! I used the "Open Invoice" payment method for one of my orders and they never sent me the payment info. Next thing I know, I get an email from a debt collection company (infoscore) telling me that I need to pay them more than double the order amount (almost an extra 75 euros) for an overdue payment. How was I supposed to pay if they never sent me the IBAN I was supposed to send the money to? They also never told me when the payment was due. They still haven't replied to my email and they are always busy when I call. I don't know what to do. If they don't know how to handle this payment option, they shouldn't offer it in the first place.
